Andy, Petes lost hin net access and asked me to tell you this. His car is now misfiring, so he took out one of the plugs on the passenger side and the bottom part of where the plug sparks to has melted away. These plugs are only a few weeks old he said - they are NGK_r PFR6B11C Now Hes gonna check the breather pipes as you said but could that cause this problem or is there something else going wrong? Ta mate

I had a blade not so long ago too, didnt have NOS though :( It was quick enough on its own though, put smaller sprocket on, dyno'ed, racecan, forced induction kit, etc Great bike - shame I had to sell it

no chance - that is one lovely zed - not sure about the headlamp panel though

cost me 45 quid I think bought them second hand - looking into seeing if I can get same material and professionally cut then selling them myself will keep ya informed mate

just done it - looks mint - posted in other forum under @woo-hoo@ :) well chuffed - looks 99% better and easy to do Left in open oven as diagram but at 160 degrees for 15 mins though split them lovely :hyper:

Just done the rear white light conversion - looks absolutely mint - 1/2 hours work and all went well. Will post pics when on car - now all I need to get is my new rear spoiler sprayed and back of car will (hopefully) look sound.

To get the front of the car up with a trolley jack where's best to lift car. I use the towing eye but it sort of offsets the car - I want it up evenly or is it a case of one towing eye and one side of the car at a time?

Could a duff breather pipe only cause smoke to come out one side of the exhaust? If theres a breather each side then that might be easier to find and check against the other

just took car to a local garage and he said it wasnt leaking :( Said he didnt really know if that was the one he was looking at though - I described it as best as Mr Duff explained and he said it all looked ok. he said the wheel was too far forwards though and I need to get it sorted !! :(

Can I replace singularly then mate or do I need to replace both sides?

does anyone know how much tension rod bushes are? do I rpelace both sides or if only one side is leaking can I just replace that side?
