Cheers people, running 0.8mm was a buzz though - went like a bloody rocket :) Chris, Im gonna sort out my finances, sell another body organ then I'll ring ya - can you pm me a price please. Is it 555 injectors and bigger intercoolers to stop det happening at 15-16 psi - can the standard tubbies handle 17-18psi?

I've been running 1.0mm boost jets which gives me about 13 - 13.5 psi. Putting in 0.8mm jets gives me 15psi and a little bit of det occasionally. I see it I have 3 options. 1. Purchase another boost controller - Im loathe to do this at mo as last one just broke. 2. Drill out some 1.0mm to 0.9mm with a precision drill and try that. 3. Can I - Put a 1.0mm in onew side and a 0.8mm in the other thus giving the same as having 2 x 0.9mms in - Would the balance bar compensate or would one turbo work harder than the other? Thanks

I retract my comment, it runs at 15psi :)

s, funny 1.0mm ones give me 11 psi whereas 0.8mm ones give me 13.5 psi.

Just bought a new house - a 3 bed detached cottage with its own drive :hyper: Ive never had my own driveway - always just parked on the road :( Its also got a Garage thats nearly 6m x 6m with workbenches along 2 of the walls :hyper: and a little office above it :) this is the first garage Ive ever had :) it now means I can tinker with my zed in MY garage. just thought Id share that with you :hyper: :hyper:

My local motor factors is unsure of the right pads for the Z32. I have given him the year (92) Model (Twin Turbo UK) and he says there are 2 different sets for the front available ??? :( Does anyone have a part number or know the original part number? I got a Sony Vaio P4m - Wish I had went for the centrino opposed to the mobile P4 processor though for battery life. Apart from that - I love it.

yep, remove it mate - 2 bolts of mine sheared off :( If they all go just drill through afterwards. pain in the arse but once its been done its easier second time :) must have removed mine 5 times in last month,

is it possible to lose boost through PCV pipes? i.e. split pipe?

sorry for the 1001 questions, did you open up a valve then pum,p through till reservoir runs low then fill reservoir with 5.1? This is something Ive never done but am looking to do.,

umm, which is best then - dot 5 or dot 5.1?

I presume dot 4 is standard and what I have in mine, to put in 5.1 does it require all calipers to come off / be bled? All lines blown through? Is it an easy job basically - What time period are you looking at - about 2 hours?

I keep getting my brake light come on when braking, I have checked fluid levels and checked bulbs - all ok Do they have wear sensors fitted to pads warning me pads are running low? Thanks

PCV - Positive Crankshaft Ventilation

Ihad exactly same problem - eliminate your BOVs by reconnecting your recircs again. Pain in the arse I know - but one of my BOV springs was weak and it was this causing the stalling problem for me. Ive switched back to recircs and cleared up prob straight away!!!!

:hyper: Just ordered me new 42" plasma tv :) While I was at it I ordered a 21" tft for the bedroom too :) £4500 well spent. Should have spent it on my zed, could of got a lot for that but this keeps the missus happy too.
