  1. Pete, my wife drives exactly the same. An s13 facelift model in maroon. It too is in outstanding condition (apart from a little knock to the bumper). We had a full stainless exhaust put on it and it sounds awesome - it sounds better than the zed :x: junked airbox and fitted induction kit too - its a great car to drive and she absolutely loves it.

  8. I have this recorded on Sky+ - I can transfer to DVD then rip it to an MPG but dont have broadband as of yet - still waiting for it to be put online :( If it goes on over next few days I will rip it and post it up
  9. You could try unplugging them one by one to prove which one is causing interference, you may need to move the trailing socket from directly behind your monitor if not. I'd put money on one of them causing interference and causing the wavy line up your screen
  10. If I try and put my messenger handle in (MrJasonSmith) it says invalid handle.
  11. Im trying to add my MSN handle (I presume hotmail email) but it keeps coming back with you have entered an invalid birthday if I try and change anything on the profile page?
  12. one last thing - the line that goes up the screen - that *could* be caused by external power supply. You havent got a printer / fan / power supply / adapter close to the monitor do you?
  13. Yep, I got a belt once and the screwdriver flew up in the air and practically embedded itself in the ceiling at a customers site!! :) And that was with the monitor switched off!
  14. if your feeling brave you can open monitor up and tweak the pot on the flyback. There should be 2 pots - one for focus the other for brightness - its not really a proper fix but may get you out of trouble. as for the ripple sounds like interference. BE CAREFUL IF YOU OPEN THE MONITOR!!!!!! Not joking - its very dangerous - the flyback is the great big black thing that has a red lead that attaches to the tube - Theres a lot of voltage in there even when switched off and unplugged!!!! So do so at your own risk! For £35 you can get a cheapy monitor though
