They will de glaze and remove small surface imperfections but will do nothing to repair a damaged disk. The abrasive pads are not fixed and will ride over the high and low areas on the disks as the pistons are pushed back by the error in the disk. Ive turned loads of disks over the years and seen all the faults and often its a reasonable amount of metal that has to be removed to get them running true again, usually disks develop a taper with wear as well and are often thinner at the edge than in the center. However if you have no brake judder but some light scoring then im sure they will do a job Paul

This isnt true im afraid. Duffman spends more time on the phone helping people than anyone else I know, he is always ready to fix people up with a bed for the night and a few beers when we have had meets over there. I have seen Macca run about all over the place getting stuff for people, sometimes people that he hasnt even met yet. Even Timmy Tightarse splashed out and bought McDonalds for everyone at Billing. are you sure your not just getting used to it, we all think its not as fast as it was sometimes. Usually if the leak is that bad that the engine pulls air on idle it will make the idle speed fluctuate. If it only leaks under pressure then I suppose an aftermarket boost gauge is the next step to see if your getting what you think you are.

This is the problem isnt it. Since the second world war it has become socially unaceptable to kill civillians (and correctly so) but people like saddam or bin laden do not have such restrictions, they will even slaughter their own people ffs so how do you tackle someone who has a totally different set of rules. Terrorist attacks on British civillians are becoming a real threat and if it happens then it will be our government i will blame for allowing it to happen. I have seen Muslims on the news openly celebrating the attack on the twin towers and preaching hate to the western world in the streets of our capital city FFS!!! Try shouting support for Tony Blair on the streets of Baghdad and see what happens, Arrest torture and execution spring to mind. Its time for people to decide which side of the fence they sit on. The murder of the police officer by an asylum seeker should have taught us a valuable lesson. I really hope there is NO WAR but caring for peoples welfare begins at home. I once knew someone with a RS turbo and his boost upgrade was a small hole drilled into the rubber hose to the actuator. Whenever he wanted to go fast he would open the bonnet and unwind the electricians tape from around the pipe to expose the hole. Great result btw, makes all the troubles of z ownership seem worthwile when you kick someones ass :D Paul

I could fancy a pair of those they have a really good spec. Have a look in the tech section on TT net theres a FAQ on fitting these. They are a straight bolt on to the manifold but it looks like there is a few mods to the air piping to get them to fit. Austrtalia seems to be the place to get them as well only about 1200 quid for the pair.
