With the engine running, get a long screw driver, stick one end against your ear, and the other end on top of each injector, make sure you can hear all the injectors clicking one by one. Could be a loose injector connector.

Yes it is possible, after you've mounted the clutch slave cylinder on the other side, cut a large hole in the bell-housing for the starter motor and custom fitted, had a prop made, cant think of the other requirements.

Out of interest, how old is the tyre? Theres a 3 digit number stamped into the tyre which indicates month and year of manufacture. Looks like the tyre has perished around the sidewall.
