  3. You have to drill into the panel, obviousley, the mounting holes are behind, so its just a case of lining up where to drill, bolting the belt in!
  4.
  5. First time parent, I remeber all that panicing!! If you ever think something isnt right, go straight to the hospital.
  6. Yes it has been done, and its quite simple. I believe Andy Z has some too.

  9. Peel the gaiter back where the arm comes out the Hicas unit, BIG spanner, lots of patients!!
  10. I did this job on one of my old Zeds!! WOW! Was it that long ago??
  11. Looked into the motobility scheme for the Mrs, and I got to say, personally, I dont like it, I know its free tax, mot, blah blah blah, but do you realise that the car has to be returned in imaculate condition? If not, you will be charge to correct all the 'defects', and its not cheap!
  12. Last time I spoke to him, he didnt know he was Honorary President!
  13. I've had quite a few phone calls, PM's, and e-mails recently regarding the recent goings on whith the forum. But I have to share this with everybody. I had a phone call today from a member, telling me that the committee is completely out of order, all the membership is entitled to know what's going on, 'Behind the scenes', reason being? "I pay my membership fees, therefore I OWN the club!" Now, anyone who knows me, knows im a fairly reasonable person, if a 'situation' arises on the forum, i'd rather sort it quickly and amicably, rather than blast it all over the forum, but, I am also a guy who wont be pushed around. This comment that was made took me completely by surprise, and to be fair, I couldnt understand the logic behind it. So I have a couple of questions for you. If you pay a fee to become a member of a working mans club, do you then part own it? If you pay a fee to join a health club, do you own part of that club? There is only one guy who 'Owns' this club, thats the guy who originally set it up, paid for the domain name, etc. He is, and always be, the Honarary Club President. The committee and the moderators are only here to assist with the running of this forum.
  14. VincentVariable, using a dual I.D. to circumvent a ban is a banable offence. Bye!
  15. Right, to set the story straight, as everyone seems to want to know the ins and outs of a cats ass lately!!! I did tell Paul I would ring him today, unfortunately, I copied his number down wrong last night, so when I tried to ring him, obviousley it wouldnt connect. I started work at 6am this morning, when I finished at 7pm, I was informed by my wife that our fridge had packed up, therfore I had to sort it. So after touring 3 or 4 electrical shops, being told I couldnt have 1 for 5 days, I eventually was told there was one available 30 miles away, so I collected it. I have just walked through the dorr, set the fridge up, and logged onto the forum, that has been my day. I will be contacting Paul tomorrow.
  16. Its not an excuse, its true, I had to deal with the phone call tonight. Quite frankley, I dont care what the general opinion is, its going to happen!
  17. Sorry to inform you all, but the forum has now been threatened with legal action due to the nature of post recently by certain members of this forum. This is one of the reasons we have moderators, and why threads/posts are modded. I realise that you cant please everybody, and we all have a view of how things should be done. Sorry, but the rules are clear. We will now be running a zero tolerance on all post's, it is to protect the forum, not because we want to, but because we now have to. You have all been warned.
  18. Absolutely spot on!!
  19. Timmy, enoughs enough. The only reason this thread is likely to be closed is because you are acting like a 14 year old keyboard warrior, give it a rest.
  20. Maybe it should have been brought to the attention of a TLO a dam sight earlier than 9 months!!!, and that would have still kept it off the forum. Thats what we are here for, so no it never occured to me, so dont ever talk down to me! I look forward to speaking to Ryan, and Paul, as there is obviousley alot more going on than what is being revealed here, hence why so many feel it necessary to jump on it. Which is obviousley disappointing.
  21. The above posted have been read by a number of the committee and mods, and the position has been discussed, and I have been in contact with Paul, and I will post again after I have spoken to both parties regarding this issue, when Im aware of all the facts. Your point has been noted. The only question I have is why has this been going on for 9 months, yet the first I hear about it is when it gets plastered all over the forum??
  22. You do seem to have alot to say!! Once again i'll say, I respectfully asked the membership to drop the matter between Paul and Ryan, but you had to drag it up, why? Is it a game to you? Mac has posted many times before that he would prefer no more 'mud slinging', whether that be from any trader, or the membership. But you, as long a member as you may be, seem to want to keep reverting back to how the club was in its infancy, how this was done, how that was done, sorry mate, times change. AUP, being lame?? Sorry, if you dont like it, you know where the door is. The AUP applies to all, even you. A joke??!! Sorry mate, its no joke, simple as that.
  23. I'd be taking a ball pin hammer to her!!
  24. Right, my turn!! I have only been made aware of this yesterday, Sunday 28th May, I responded to Paul telling him I would contact Ryan tomorrow, and get back to Paul as soon as I can, which will be after 8pm, Tuesday eve, 30th May. SO YOU WONT BE HOLDING YOUR BREATH FOR LONG!!!! I personally am starting to get fooked off with all you keyboard ninjas, sat behind your screens, thinking you are above evrybody else, if you have anything to say to me, have the decentcy to say it to me via PM, or better still, i'll see you at JAE, you can say it to my face!! All the committee do thier respective job on this forum in thier own free time, and I for one, am starting to get fed up being told how useless the committee is, or how we are wrong, etc, etc. Remember, there are alot of other forums that dont have TLO's for you to come to, and Mac and my self have been approached by other car club forum members asking who thier TLO Officers are!! Timmy, please, if you got something to say, pm me. I did respectively asked the membership not to keep posting thier personal opinions regarding Paul and Ryans matter till I understood the situation myself, obviousley that was a waste of time, or respect is not understood here??
