You can take the door card off with out taking that plug out, because the bottom is clipped in, and you can pry it out just enough to get to the 2 screws underneath.

Take the door panel off, and then un bolt the motor form the door, this will allow the window to move, with the motor still stuck.

Its very simple, you willl need to pick up a feed for the illumination, obviousley run the feeds for the dials for them to work, thats it!!

Hang on, I like the Simpsons, and sadley I can quote alot of the lines from the show, but, its a cartoon, why try to emulate it in real life, it does'nt work. Its clever, but it does'nt work.
