  16. The only way to clean a torque converter is to cut it in half, wash it thouroughly, weld it back together. If you use a dirty torque converter, it will pump all the crap that's in it around your gearbox and kill it. This is the mistake people make fitting replacement autobox's with there old torque converter, and vice versa
  17. Ask stevo if he still got a set avalable!
  18. Probably standard repair, drilled a 6mm hole though it, and plugged it, job done, 5 mins!!!
  19. And obviousley, you'll go back to matey down the road, thick fit got no hope!!
  20. There is supposed to be a code of conduct in the tyre trade, which basicly states that all repairs must be with in a certain area of the tyre, must be a certain size hole, not too big, and must be considered safe to drive at the recommended speed the tyre is rated for. i.e, the tyres on a Z are Z or Y, can be W rated, which meands it must be safe to drive at 130mph upwards, as you do in this country!!, of course, in the name of profits, bonuses, etc, etc, its easier to say,"tyres fooked mate, need a new one!!"
  21. Oh my god!!! That is some hidious machinary!!! I will never call anything "tacky" again, because it will never be that bad!! Sorry in advance if i've upset anyone, just an honest opinion
