I use the Z almost as a daily driver (unless its frozen, frosty or broken) if not I use the Civic. when I first bought the Civic, my current insurers on the Z did me a good deal with that and the Z by mirroring my NCB (8 years at the time) on the Z to the Civic as well - but this was only while I was with them. trouble was the two policies annualised at different times of the year and I couldn't move one without moving the other. lack of ringing around to get a better quote meant my premium stagnated until I decided to get the Civic on temporary insurance until it annualised with the Z. Then I could ring around and ask what deals each insurer could do on both cars - got a good deal in the end. as above, if the Z is not a daily driver then you can insure as classic and get an even better deal but I couldn't really declare mine as a 2nd car due to 'often' use

forget the scammers, it seems to be nothing but "clear your debt" and "claim from your accident" these days :slap: :slap: f***ing parasites to society make me sick!

yeah theyve supposed to have been going up over the last 12 months or so. not long before my renewal comes through. my advice is shop around mate - in fact expect to change insurance companies almost anually thats the only way you can drive down your quote. I saved £750 just by getting off my arse and dialling around. im expecting to do so again this year :(

the figures quoted in a Nissan brochure I have list the manual at 5.9 and the auto at 7.5 (and no mention of N/A or TT)! imagine my disappointment that after I bought the Z (an auto originally) I was only getting 7.5ish 0-60. until Jeff sorted out my safety boost and a few other bits and bobs! :D

great idea Peach - my poor old Z only sees a few buckets of hot water every now and then so I might treat her to a full Peachy-Clean in the near future :D

i dont have a problem as long as i take it slow. if i leave a hump too fast I get a bit of scrubbage on the nearside front arch :(
