i got done before - one millisecond over the line - in fact half my car was over the line when the first snap was taken (i asked for photographic evidence). i took the 3 points fine and the slap on the wrist, even tho i reckon if id contested it in court i might have won.

i have attended one of these and i have to admit that it wasnt quite so sickly as i had imagined - i was sure they were going to force statistics down my throat and show me pictures of accidents etc. but in the end it was quite a positive day (not just cos i dodged the points). although of course it depends who runs your course...

welcome to the club mate. the position of the needles looks pretty much spot on. i take it the oil pressure goes a fair bit higher when cold - but for normal running they look ok to me. i may stand corrected but the 3 gauges look like water temp, oil temp and boost (not sure what the oil pressure would be tho)

lol i got the exact same ones from the exact same seller :rofl: not on the car yet but they came reasonably fast. its a shame i cant say the same about the jokers that made me my front bumper :xxx:

im glad to hear that Jeff's getting good reviews as he's a top bloke and i'll always have the time of day for him, and he has a really professional setup. however to be fair i do have to say he must have changed his mechanics since i last left my Z with him 2 or 3 years ago as whoever had fitted my decats and DSBC-R had f***ed it up and im certain it wasnt Jeff or Jamie.

what boost would those turbos need to be running to reach 450bhp? i have the same spec as above, if not slightly more (SAFC-2, twin intake), but with rebuilt stock 360 degree ballbearing turbos instead of aftermarket ones. would tweaking the boost to 17psi or so result in roughly the same bhp?

i think the 300 looks smaller cos in that photo its head-on and you cant see the depth. i still cant find a reason to say the 300 isn't the best looker there though :duffer: if the GT-R was gunmetal or black then they might look just as good ;)

do you have to pull off in 3rd gear or something?!
