  1. Just seen this, Done! Good Luck :)
  2. I recently got one from Camskill although these look the same and cheaper http://www.wemoto.com/parts/picture/hl-500415_5/
  3. M4?? Nooooooo!! I said Runway 4!!!
  4. Hi I've just done mine. It can be confusing especially knowing which buttons do what. Here's a link to the online manual http://www.greddy.com/upload/file/PRofec_Bspec2.pdf Also another to a previous post on here. Scroll down to the info from Legrath (Yowser), they made the most sense to me. It's better than using someone else's settings, they may not work for you. Just remember to set the 'Start Boost' also called set gain before adjusting Set (the big knob ;)). http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?139180-Setting-up-greedy-profec-b-spec-2&highlight=Profec+setup HTH
  5. I've just fitted D1 Spec water temp & boost gauges and am really pleased with them. I changed from Autometer ones cause they were useless in daylight. These are great, very clear in bright sunlight. Mine are black faced and can change between white or red lighting with various stages of brightness. (They also do white faced with different colour lighting I think). They are stepper type & have a bit of an annoying flashy start up, but others may like that :), but some useful features like being able to set a maximum warning light & peak recall. The boost is in bar only, Temp is centigrade. Easy to fit (power can be daisy chained) and seem pretty accurate. Price wise they were £65 each. HTH
  6. Wonder if they flogged their stock to other companies? :)
  7. Yeh I got a refund before I posted on here so not really sure what the exact sizes were, just that they were too big ;)
  8. Oh crap I'm confused now! May have to pull my hose and measure pipes to be sure. Got a koyo rad and can't remember if it's the same.
  9. Yeh I bought these before you put yours up for sale. Have another free bump :)
  10. So with a 4.5mm thick hose 34mm shouldn't be too far off then. :)
  11. Yep they've probably got loads of stock that doesn't fit! If you search 300zx hard pipes on there the same ones come up a lot with different companies?
  12. Not sure if this has been posted before but I thought I'd do so to hopefully save anyone the potential hassle that I've had. I won these pipes http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151267969890?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649, they seem to be sold by several different companies. They arrived quickly and looked great however, when I tried to fit them I found they were too big. It looks like the measurements were taken without allowing for the silicone hose adapters. Pics below with silicone pipe next to hard pipe to show size. Also, weirdly the kit only had six silicone ends not the eight required. This isn't a post to slate the company who sold them. They have been fine, after I sent photos they refunded me without problem. I've decided to keep my blue hoses for now anyway :) Hope this may help.
  13. Hi all, I am trying to find the internal diameter of the rad top hose. I think it's 34mm but am not sure. Ta
  14. Red J plate at about 9:30 this morning going onto Morden Hall Roundabout. Was a little way back but almost forgot how nice our cars look from the rear. :)
  15. Cheers for the replies. Yep instructions are confusing, ie Greddy talking about start boost & set gain. (Same thing!). Think I've got it right, I started with the Start Boost, then Set & then Gain. May try and up it a bit more, just need a longer road :whistling:
  16. I've just installed a profec B2 ebc. I've read loads of posts on here about setting it up and have been playing around with it. After lots of adjusting & testing my max boost is now steady at 13psi. Bearing in mind that the engine is stock apart from chip, exhaust/induction should I be happy with 13psi or can I safely up it further? It feels like a new car already. :)
  17. think the front fogs are pretty useless and the side lights have already been moved so may convert whole housing to DRL's. Not really thought it through properly yet.
  18. I like that! Goes well with the Hid's. My conversion may be more basic :)
  19. New cars are fitted with a relay to turn off LED DRl's when headlights are turned on. Unfortunately some drivers could do with a relay in their heads to remember to turn them on in the first place. Usually the same ones who drive around with fog lights on for weeks.
  20. Must just be my bad driving then :shifty: I agree with you on the looks, although they look fine to me on modded cars like Spin Doctors'. Mine's still standard'ish so I might look at doing something with the fog light housing as my side lights have been moved to the indicators.
  21. Yeh you're probably right. It just seems to be happen more often in the Z than in any other car I drive.
  22. My side lights look like they're being run off a 6 volt battery. I quite like the idea of bright, low wattage lights.
  23. After getting badly cut up 3 times in the last 24 hours I am seriously considering fitting Daytime Running led lights! Now I know that there are a lot of crap drivers out there. (I should know I've probably let loads loose on the road :whistling:), but I'm starting to think that the combination of my low and dark coloured car is a contributing factor. The latest incident involved an LGV changing lanes and nearly running over the top of my bonnet! Most led running lights look nasty to me although I quite like the low ones on the Merc C Class. Has anyone successfully fitted any? May have to bite the bullet and take safety over looks.
  24. No problem. It's always nice to see top quality installs. :)
  25. That looks pretty neat! But no good for me with my double din stereo. Yeh I am starting to sway that way but I might try what Princeking suggested and trial fit it out of sight to start with and see how it goes.
