  1. LOL, yeah very nice! I reckon the ladies would disagree though and they are the ones winning it! Maybe we should do this proper and have a £2 entry fee and put the proceeds towards something pink, pretty and sweet smelling!
  2. My Girlfriend wants to know if there will be a prize. So will there? Sorry she is a high maintainance girly! :smash: I reckon a small token could be an idea and it will surely help secure a better turnout of pictures. What you all reckon? Justin
  3. Gonna have to break the rules here. Do you know how cold it is outside!!?? If I get her out there on the Zed at the moment she will have nipples hard as diamonds then that then make the pictures illegal because of indecency!:D
  4. Here we go again! :slap: LOL
  5. I know Darren (ScratchUK) has a passenger side front wing he no longer needs. I will let him know your looking for one and get him to PM you mate:) Justin
  6. Maybe a boost leak somewhere. Thats what was wrong with mine when the vacuum on my boost guage was doing this. Check all your hoses in the engine bay. Justin
  7. Nice one Dave, your a star:D Now just need to find some time to do it!

Sorry to hear that mate. Hope you can get it all sorted and be Zedding again soon. Justin
  9. Hi all, In my Zed I have a Sony CD Changer, model number CDX-5N51W. I think it came from Nissan as an option. Problem is I am missing the cartridge where you put the CD's into. Anyone know where I can get one as there is none on Ebay. Maybe they were only sold in Japan? I could just get a new Changer and Stereo but am just after a quick fix for now. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Justin:)

Looks a nice pub. I will be there. Any idea of a time anyone? Justin
  11. Your in the wrong section here fella but I'm sure one of the mods will move it for you into the right one. Anyway to your problem. This is a very common fault with Zeds. Mine are a real nightmare down poorly lit roads. I assume you have an import, in which case to fit your new bulbs you will need to do a fiddly little conversion involving some electrical wire a couple of connectors and a very small stubby phillips screw driver. There is a link to it somewhere. Do a search. To be honest though, other than saving me some money by only being able to fit J-spec bulbs, it made little difference to my night vision. To be honest the best way is to probably remove your headlights, stick em in the oven, open them up and clean the glass from the inside. Hope this helps, Justin:)
  12. Happy Birthday mate!!!:D "EDIT" I got fooled as well :smash: Happy Birthday Ajay!
  13. If you have it I would get that sprayed pretty quick fella, don't want it slowing ya down!
  14. If you go along to the traders section most of them have a price for doing this job if you have a look. Justin
  15. Seeing there has been a couple of posts up about this mod, I have been thinking what a great improvement it is over the stock orange lights. I'm sure a couple of years ago I saw FAQ on how to do this by putting the lights in the oven etc but can't find it anywhere. Does anyone have a link to it? Thanks, Justin

Just an idea but 15 mins or so from Salisbury there is a really nice pub called "The Lamb". Its a couple of miles off the A36 in a small town called Nomansland near Landford, just inside the New Forest. There is plenty of places to park from memory as it front's onto a green and is in a lovely setting. What you guys think? Justin Oh yeah, and they do lovely food and loads of it:D

I am a Chef at a Golf Club and its quiet this time of year. Don't worry though, my social life will be taken away from me in a month or so! In that case, make it this Saturday then!

I will be up for this if it's on Saturday. It's Mothers day on Sunday so I will be very busy at work being a chef an all! Make it Saturday and go and you can then go and cook Sunday roast for your Mums you heartless gits! LOL Justin
  20. Go with JL Audio all the way mate. In my opinion and many others, the best subs in the world. I reckon one JL 12 W6 will move enough air for you. They are amazing but not cheap! Justin
  21. The adaptors seem very pricey. I am just about to wire in a stereo. Is there any reason why you can't just cut off a normal arial connector from an old stereo, cut off the jap connector then just crimp the normal connector on? Justin
  22. Happy Birthday big guy:D
  23. I have been told by no less than 3 independent tyre fitters that Goodyear F1's are very sticky but as an everyday tyre are very impractical. I was told that they are a "waste of time" as they will last 5 minutes before I am back down there to have more fitted. Let’s face it, they are not cheap! I guess if you were just after ultimate grip for that unexpected moment when a tractor pulls out of a blind bend, leaving you milliseconds to react then it’s a great tyre to have fitted. But...... 99% of the reason most of us want a sticky tyre is purely for the best cornering speed possible.........resulting in the heaviest wear rate possible! Let’s face it; going places fast was a big part for most of us in the decision to buy a Zed in first place. That said, I have never tried the "preferred" choices on here (F1's, S03's, Toyos) so cannot really comment to that degree. Just thought I would let you know what I have been told by people in the tyre trade. In my experience I have always looked for a good all rounder and for me this means it must be a good performer in both dry and wet conditions, must give you decent rate of wear and finally, must not cost you a kidney every time you need to replace them. I had Falkans on my MR2 tubs and found these ticked all these boxes nicely. I drove it like an arse and it still gave me 10,000 miles and despite the MR2's rep of wanting to swap ends I never really has any "moments". I have Fulda Extremos on my Zed at the moment and so far so good. Grip like flies to poo and after about 5000 miles still look in excellent shape (and yes, I do like to give my Zed a good spanking!):D They cost me £112 each for 265/35/18 from my local tyre place. Anyway, just noticed this is a bit of a lengthy post so bye! Justin:)
  24. Cheers fot the replies so far guys. Rebel, I have only gor Limewire installed> I am using F-Secure anti Virus at the mo although untill the free updates ran out I was using Mcafee and the problem was going on then too! I am also using Ad-aware SE Personal and Spybot anti spyware Programs.
  25. "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut down." :headvswal I get the above message all the time. I have done countless Spyware and Virus scans but nothing seems to help. I was told to install Advanced Browser as its supposed to be more stable but It gets closed down in the same way. Can anyone shed any light as to why this is happening and how to fix it. I don't really want to have to back up all my MP3's etc and then wipe the hard drive and start again if I can help it. Cheers, Justin:)
