what is that fan in the roof for? doesn't seem to do anything apart from make noise???????? if anyone knows please tell me its realy annoying me trying to figure it out

Hi everyone, what grade of gear box oil is best for the z32? I've got a n/a if there's any differnce, cheers!

Ok after sobering up a thinking a bit more would it be possible to mount it in frount of the engine if I loose the fan and move the rad forwards? I'm also guessing that some of the internals will need upgrading as well?

Ok this could be just one of those drunken chats we all have now and then but what would it take to supercharge a n/a zed? Has anyone done it before? And do you think it would be better than a turbo conversion? Get ya thinkin caps on!

I've got one fitted without a key, the ignition is turned on and off via a kill switch then push the button to start it. Looks good but two problems, 1 its not exactly anti theft and 2 I've wired it to the blank pannel under the headunit and the amount of times my mates have turned it off while trying to turn the volume up lol

Thinking hard now, I've never used the air con so I could loose it and it wouldn't make a difference ether way. Is it worth keeping if I don't use it?

By the looks of that its about $1000 for each pair there or there abouts. :shock: ok don't think il be doin the cams! Lol my plan now goes something like this... Loose the air con bypass water channels on the plenum fit an oil cooler clutch bleed nipple bypass hi flow manifolds uprated thermostat new service parts ( filters, etc)

Hi peeps, im replacing the head gasket on my n/a zed and was just wondering what upgrades i could do while the heads off :confused: the cars standard apart from a de-cat exhaust and air filter with some hi flow manifolds going on at the same time as the gasket. any ideas? not looking to spend to much ether so the cheaper the better.

I was thinkin of usin them for a few burnouts, dohnuts rather than looks

Thanks guys, think il pass on them. Does the rest of the plan seem ok? I'm kinda thinking if it doesn't have to be on the car I might as well loose it and simplfy the thing as I go. I would like to supercharge it in the future but that's gunna be a long time yet!

hi guys, im savin up to replace the head gasket on my n/a zed, im thinking of buying the gasket kit from conceptzperformance along with their n/a oil cooler and while the engines out removing the air con system, water channels that run under the plenum and the clutch bleed nipple, replacing the water hoses at the frount and back of the engine and changing the headers and frount pipes. then i came across the throttle body kit from z1 would it be worth geting this as well just to add a little power? has anyone used them and found them to be a good/bad mod? i dont know a great deal about tuning the zed so any other info or sugestions about this would be great thanks guys!

I'm thinkin I may as well replace all of them as I go but would like a stronger gasket on the head. May also do some flow work on the head as well

hi guys, the head gaskets let go on my zed :cry: been looking at the gasket kit on conceptzperformance but was wondering if its any good? and is there a differance between left and right hand drive gaskets? the kit works out at around £251 if that helps, thanks

I've just had this turned out to be the spacers I was using to stop the wheels rubbing on full lock. What state are your tension rod bushes in? If they go that can cause the shaking
