yeah i know, but i am a trusting guy as never had a problem with cars before, with the mileage he said its in Kms as is a JP import there was never any docket saying it was changed 1st time i checked papers. Yeah I shoulda slapped myself silly although there is still a bit we can do due to his false advertising, mileage, and condition. So hoping something comes of it, he will get his nice legal letter tomorrow before 1pm with all the Trading standards/Consumer Direct Ref numbers on it. If no joy they said to take him to court which we have a pretty sweet amount of evidence in the form of legal dockets, photos and Garages professional opinion (well in thier words they dont like working on Z's). Learnt a lesson tho I think.

yeah when bought i went through the paperwork for any sign of changing as he said was in kms and was confused by that. but nothing in there to say they were changed until i bought it got the paper work home and found a reciept for adaption in the year 2000. I think i got him on a few things tho coz he advertised it as well here is the original advert Autotraders nice young lady sent me via email.

Well bearing in mind this is supposedly Km's (reason bought) but infact Miles so excuse the rough guess in Km's - miles conversion lol MOT. Odometer reading about 5 mins ago. just seen this also the mot for may 06 - 07 had advisory and mileage was 98300 but this one that was done june 07 - 08 had no advisory and i find that odd. Anyone know a cheap good solicitor lol.

For you who know i bought a Z with the intention to drive while upgrading and bought a what seemed to be an ok to start with, MOT was only 300ish miles ago so thought cool, get it home and find all sorts wrong with it. This is a lesson to be learned harshly and I will not be doing it again lol. Well today as got of work a lil early i decide to get it out the garage where its been since day 22nd Feb :( and jack it up and look underneath and try find where the oil is coming from, well i found that out but i found all this also. Now my dilemma is I am follow guides from certain law factors about my right to a full refund if not take him to court and get compo also. Now if this does not happen what is my chances with the state that the underside is in ??? Found so much stuff underneath held on with cableties also its not even funny.... but you can also see the whole of the bottom of the car is scraped and I have no idea wether its deemed as a write off or is infact at all repairable obviously I not touching while I am persuing the legalities but its an "If i have no other choice" here is some pics :nelson: Any comments welcome :D

they are pretty similar to the florescent tubing used in everday lives so its more than safe. For the chambers to be damaged you would get part of the screen not working properly as the gas chambers are then controlled by a cpu basically and color is done by the current of electricity :D Chance are you broke some :( If the company do replace the screen for you as I am sure they would because plasmas cost so much to repair and have such a short life span you may be worth, when and if they give you a cheque thinking of a HD Tft screen. Sorry did not get back sooner was out in the garage :P

should be ok if all the chambers are still ok, plasmas are normally filled gas chambers. I would not worry too much just keep out of the way of any other possible causes of dmg. Insurance companies unfortunately take ages to work out the cheapest option for them :( but hope you get it sorted pronto :D

a few things, calipers binding, its been bottomed out, rear oil seal possible and other stuff garage reckon a large amount of money will sort it. And some legal issue with advertising also :D

Well as you can see it dont look to bad, although am not touching it due to the legalities in its selling if peeps read my previous posts on this. Now everytime I look at it I wanna tinker and work out prices. So I am constantly in 2 minds do I start on it or do I take this guy who sold me it to court to get my money back. Well anyways there it is for nowm untouched in all its all so radiant essence lol.

40gb version they took the Emotion engine out (plays ps1 & 2 games). As the others said if you can get to shop called Gamestation or Game and see what they can do for a 60gb version if they have one as this is backwards compatible also but you may find it may be a used version as they discontinued them to make the 40gb cut down version and make more money.

just goto the post office as usual with all the documents Insurance, mot, log book you be fine. yeah will need the insurance note of nothing will be done.
