  1. LINGLONG.... weehhaaaaaay
  2. cool my beer warm my p3n1s.
  3. yeah with a punctured tyre the balancing is well out as the material used adds unbalanced weight so more weight is needed to counter balance it. I once had two punctures in one tyre and loads of balance weights lol
  4. will get picked up on the road then once the wheel rotates it gets pushed all the way in.
  5. thats exactly what i was gunna write. would like to keep my beer cold in there.
  6. these are the puppies il be fitting soon.
  7. lol u dont want it popping out at the wrong moment.:mac1:
  8. yep he did, hes well chuffed with them :D think he got a small boner
  9. i had a screw in each tyre once i just left them in there :D went ok lol
  10. can i have a capital J too :D
  11. just drain and refill rad and check the ecu temp sensor isnt loosing its connection although it would run rough if it was. now its summer, any overheating probs will pop up.
  12. god i have this problem too.. its so annoying ive bolted unbolted turned them round this that used glue that unstuck, i give up. The whole steering colum moves from left to right if ya force it and when ya get in and out the car u cant help but bump into it.... im thinking to just araldite the brackets or something. might be as simple as fitting new ones of those nuts that it screws into.
  13. sounds like its doing its job then?
  14. cool. Must be awsome having instant throttle response in a zed.
  15. is that at the flywheel or wheels?
  16. buy powertrix but keep them and use them for something else, like erm..... maybe you could modify them to fit the rear traction rods somehow then have rear caster adjustment, the rears dont take as much stress as the fronts thats for sure.
  17. i finished my job on monday too. fed up.... im doing a 3 day sia course starting 2mow, i know a few people who can get me work, im just so fed up of being a chef now. sure youl find something soon matey.
  18. im not underestimating them.. they have performed well above my expectations, i think the tyre walls are a bit soft tho. im getting wear on the outer edge of the tyre and mainly the outside tread whereas the insides are pretty new still, i know its mainly down to the track days but maybe i could do with some more negative camber. what are the recomemnded tyre pressures for the front?
  19. yes we all know, uve mentioned it plenty :D I only have 255's on the rear and il tell ya what, the old tyres i had on were pirelli pzero which i thought were the BOLOX how wrong was i, they must have past their sell by date or something as i couldnt put power down in 1st 2nd or sometimes even 3rd gear, in the rain 4th would spin up. I was baffeled for ages  stooopidly i used them on the track and was all over the place.... i then fitted some falken 452s to the rear and it hardly spins up in first gear now, what a difference they have made. at japfest i had loads more confidence with the rear end. I cant wait to try some proper tyres..... maybe even r888's Falkens are ok for now but still a budget tyre. Tyres make all the difference. Your car may aswell drive on the rims if your tyres are crappy. Anyway id say 235 is a bit skinny for the rear you have to remmeber the zed has to carry 1600kg at the rear when you accelerate so its quite a load. lol just my two pence worth :D What tyre make are they mate?
  20. most of those girls were wronguns
  21. take a spark plug out and see its condition.
  22. i think the rubber silicon will give the turbos the flex they need, the metal pipe will stay idle as long as its steardy enough which i doubt it will be, Will soon crack the joints which meet the bolt ends, either that or the pipe will slowly become oval until it touches lol.
