Or you could email him some pictures of members cars and just remind him what a pile of shit it is. Then he would go and torch it himself. Saving us the time and hassle.

(If so pass it around) Cos there is abolsutely no way those z centre arches look good or the arsehole who is selling that Stinking heap of *******ised crap are sane. Can you Remember?
More like we have hit rock bottom and started digging.I'm not sure how things are "Up North" but I suspect a great deal better than London. Last year my girlfriend and I were bottled by teenages. My missus had to have 15 stitches in her eye and I suffered a perforated eardrum, broken nose and an aneurism. Things are worse but only beacuse the parents can't be arsed. They think a playstation can do parenting for them. Giving your kids freedom is fine but as children they need clearly defined boundaries of how to behave and what is acceptable. Sorry I could go into a whole tirade but unless you truly see some of the complete shithead, wasters we have in London you really wouldn't believe it. In a way I'm glad my son lives with his mum in Wales because its far nicer than here. Sorry rant over. But what was said originally about this complete nanny state is so true it makes me sick.

non fault accidents (re insurance)
They generally ask have you had any claims or convictions in the last 5 years regardless of blame or fault. So basically even if you were hit you have to declare it and it will put your premium up. However if you didn't notify the insurers and there is no record of it then you don't have to. If you lie about this you could face having your insurance cancelled or if you make a claim not being paid.

Thinking about selling my project
I'd be interested in the series 2 PTU how much do you want for it? But seriously as snowy says. WHY????? Think long and hard before getting rid of it. They are probably the most awesome cars EVER!!! You've gone to the trouble of getting the stuff and spent a lot of money doing it. You're never gonna get that back fully. So why not continue the project?

Engaged
Congrats m8. Although the novelty will wear off and your gonna wish you still had the Zed. But don't listen to me I'm just a bitter divorcee. Seriously though, nice one m8. Great way to do it and your missus looks lovely.

tracking
The camber can't be adjusted on a stock Zed unless you have adjustable arms fitted. The toe can be though.

Turbo Repair Kits
I have just ordered 4 turbo reapir kits from a company called Kansai Sport in the US they are for T25 tubs and they are an upgraded kit that includes the 360 degree thrust bearing and carbon seal. The same kit from Melett is £110 this guy is doing em for $65 plus delivery which is $35 if you order multiples its only 1 delivery charge. The only thing you would need to buy is the upgraded piston rings but Melett do them for £2.70 each. Pretty good cheap way to refurb your tubs and upgrade em without paying loads of money. I'm doing this myself so will keep you all posted on how it goes.

cant find a link for how to change the transmission fluid on a auto??
he had forgotten to do up the drain valve at the bottom and wondered why the floor was slippy.  I'm joking I know nothing about auto's other than the fact I don't like em. Too much lazy driving. ;)

Clock's not working
Does the profec II boost controller fit in the space where the clock should go? Someone buggered my clock when they fitted the alarm, I'm not too bothered by the clock but I was wondering where I should fit the boost controller.

Some people are paid too much!
My Dad is a managing director and consultant and he charges up to £1500 per day for consultancy. However although he is only there for a day he has to do several days work in preparation which isn't charged for. Nice work if you can get it. But over the years he has put some silly hours in to get where he is. Personally I work to live, not live to work.

Taking out the engine.
All you Zed mechanics and genius's out there please hear my plea    I have to take my engine out to redo my turbo's and to fit new clutch and flywheel. I have looked at the guides online etc I have a workshop and a hoist where said deed can be performed. I just really need some assistance in doing said task. I can't afford to check it into a garage and them do it. So its down to me and anyone who would be willing to come and visit. I am more than happy to pay for anyones travel expenses and to keep you fed and watered to the highest standard. (By that I mean fillet steak and as much stella as you can drink (or any other drink of preference). Also by way of compensation I am a builder by trade so if someone were willing to offer some tool time and expertise I would be more than happy to repay in kind anything that you needed doing at home. If theres anyone out there who could help I would be very grateful. PM me or leave a message here and hopefully we can sort something out.

Refurbing turbos
Spoke to Melett they were very helpful and will sell me those piston rings for £2.68 each so was gonna buy em any ways. But this kit allows me to upgrade the thrust bearing to a 360 degree one. Melett do the same kit but for £110, so for $295 inc shipping I get 4 kits for just over the price of one kit from Melett. I'm looking to buy a second hand set of turbos from someone. Refurb em myself, so if I *****x something up I'm not completely f**ked and if all goes well I should have a spare set of turbo's in case the worst happens or decide to sell. That was my thinking anyways. $65 for the set is peanuts. There is 6 more left after my purchase so if anyone else is thinking of doing their tubs themselves, its an absolute bargain. We could have a group therapy turbo refurb session.

Refurbing turbos
I've decided to try and ave some money and refurb my turbo's. Been phoning round like crazy trying to get prices for repair kits, when I find this little chesnut Rebuil Kit Thought it was quite a bargain. So I bought 4. Will let you all know how it goes.
