It seemed very low from the back but im liking the abflug spoiler :cool: I was thinking of swapping to that esso garage as I usually use the asda one on old potts way but its a nightmare to get out of on a busy day

I have the same problem with my car and I couldn't find the drain on the battery. In the end I got one of these solar battery chargers that plugs into the cigarette lighter and not had any problems so far.

After I was spotted on monday I saw a zed myself lol! About 11:30 on the english bridge in shrewsbury today. It was like a polar white with gold wheels and an abflug rear spoiler reg:H852 I think. Very nice :thumbup1:

The supra was a nail lol! Rusty, lcd speedo cluster wasn't working and auto box was on the way out. Makes you wander why people don't tell you these things on the phone like your not going to notice. On the plus side the car was nice on the outside and my dad liked the look. Will keep looking and cheers for the info guys

Is the engine from a celica gt4 with an extra turbo minus the 4wd? My dad wanted one of these when they were new so he likes them and he wants it to be fast but reliable so could be a good option. Are parts interchangeable from a uk car to the import? All good advice as my dad is tight with money in a good way lol! Just don't want him to buy a nail that on the surface looks good. Comes with full exhaust, dump valves, new turbo, leather interior, 17 inch alloys and all electric and not to far to travel. He will only travel 20-30 miles which narrows the field lol!

So if its an import it should have less rust problems and according to the seller the back lights are nicer. It is the 2L twin so are they a bit crap? I always thought all supras were 3L turbo or non turbo lol! Scatrat was your 2.0 tt any good? any problems and did you think it was fast or slow?

As some of you may know my dad had a GTO a while back but gave up because it had problems as usual lol! Anyway hes going to go and look at a 1988 Toyota Supra Auto twin turbo. I was just wandering if any one had owned one before or new any thing to look out for when buying? It has mot etc but needs tidying up which is what most people put in adverts :) Hes a mechanic by trade so knows most things but just wandered what people thought. Also is the twin turbo an import? You can't beat the Audi quattro S1 for sound :D Its a shame they got banned but it made european rallycross great between 87 - 92 I had a celica st182 and loved it :biggrin: shame it wasn't a sainz version lol!

I think the general rule is spend more money on the front speakers and don't bother with the rears. Its something to do with the boot size or shape and the sound quality gets changed fu** it I don't know lol! Someone will explain it better lol! If you want bigger speakers its normally a custom job as like you say only 4x6 fit. I fitted alpine in the front and then changed the back at a later date and didn't notice any difference.
