  1. Hey guys maybe ye can help me. My Z has mph (120) clocks in at the mo but i have 320 kph clocks which i tried but it still clocks up in mph. Am i rite by thinkin that i must change the speed sensor on the gearbox as well as the clocks. Any help appreciated.
  2. Thats a serious piece of work. If i could get my Z half that nice i would be Thrilled. Beautiful example. Fantastic colour.
  3. oh and also under the power switches there are also 2 screws. mine were missin but they should be there.
  4. Can be tricky id its ur first time but ill run u through it. Lower the window down half way. there is a little round plastic cove behind glass, pop this off and take out little screw inside. now unbolt seat belt from top of door. now you can take off the cover behind the belt. on top of the door card under the seat belt panel there r 2 screws so take them out also. remove the power switches. take out the little cloth cover inside the inside handle to reveal the 2 screws holding in the handle. there r i think 3or4 screws around the outside of the door card. take off the cover around the inside door opening handle. i think thatll do you. you can now carefully pop out the card. i hope i missed nothin but i think thats it.
  5. No idea. Can post pics 4 u if u want.
  6. Hows it going mate i still have the 300kph clocks. Another member wanted them but never got back onto me. You are welcolm to take them and see if they work before you pay for them if u want. I put them into my Z and they worked fine but would rather have them work on yours before we arrange a price.
  7. 10/40 magnatec semi syn is the choice most seem to use as told to me by jeff some time back. That what i use anyway and seems to work a treat. I am sure other zeders will give better advice than me.

  11. I have the coulin for the fan but i keep messin with the water pipes so its easier to leave it off for now till i get the leak sorted, which as it turns out i think i have done. workin on cleanin the engine at the mo with believe it or now a toothbrush ( an electric 1 so its not all that bad.
  12. Still lota of work to do but will have them done for the summer.

  16. Hey zers, hope ye can help. There seems to be an annoyin little rattle coming from the engine bay area when driving. The faster i go the louder it gets. When the car is stopped and idleing the rattle is gone even if i rev it up. it comes from the left (passenger) side and has me stumped. It a metalic rattle and happens same when engine is hot and cold. I checked all the usual suspects and nothin yet.:headvswal

  24. Passed the test today at last. still a little bit of corrosion under the car but i knew 1 of the lads in the test center and he passed it for me. its slowly gettin sorted ( interior) and should have the bits for the interior soon. instead of puttin new material on i will dye the original 1 the colour i want. i have the proper stuff to do it. might just go black, its the best colour to maintain.
