Was on my way to the beach for a surf at lunch time and was gonna stop of at Tesco to get mineral water as i'd run out at the time and the que was down the foookin road!! :headvswal Thought sod this so went to Esso and a similar thing was occuring there, luckly no one was at the super unleaded pump so filled the Z right up till it was briming out the end of the fuel cap filler - £48.72p :x: later - Most expensive water i'm ever gonna buy! :duffer: :wack: . On the way back from having a surf all 3 local garages had signs on them saying there out of unleaded!! :eek: :mac1: :hurl: :smash: :mad: :mad:

Well once again i'm working all this weekend but tomorrow night where gonna be going to the Spice of Life pub in Redruth then onto good old Twilight Zone Afterwards so you're more than welcome to join us dude and get bladdered!! The pub is always 2 for 1 now so Sat nights are always messy!!! If you can't make it i'm not working the Sunday after next the 25Th so be good to catch up then!!

Surfs been pretty good lately nice and clean but then i'm still a beginner really so what do I know!! Porthtowans been really good but there was a nasty Rip last week and the lifeguards had to pull 6 kidies out the water in the space of 10 Mins cause they got into trouble!! Anyway next summer when it's warm we should all meet up and go camping or something somewhere in the country so we can all go on one big 300ZX.CO.UK Piss up!!! :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:

Very good point, but having an Intercooler right in front of the car generates a better Ram Air effect (More air per cm3) and unfortunatly for our Z'ed our IC's are burried inside the front wing too much - ever tried wetting your finger then blowing on it to see how much cooler it is??! We got 2 turbo's to keep cool an extra big IC is well needed! Think about 1 Turbo and a big IC how much cooling that tub is getting! We got 2 buggers to keep cool!! :headvswal Mac, you got the fastest Z on here, now think how much quicker and more reliable it's gonna be with a front mounted Intercooler!! With your set up it's gotta be worth an extra 40BHP!! Make it your next upgrade dude! If a had the spare cash I would buy you the big intercooler and install it myself just to prove how much better you car could be!! :D All the best mate, Jon

Your Welcome!!! Any cooling anywhere on the 300ZXTT will see performance gains.. Just take yours for a good thrashing then open the bonett aftwards and try putting your and ontop of the intake manifolds. Bet you can't keep your hand on there cause it's bloody red hot!!! This is what our engines have to cope with so cooler charge air going in along with bonett vents is gonna prolong engine life and stop melt down!!! You could do a good fry up on a Z engine!!

Looks stunning mate and Front mount is the way to go.. You have a bigger intercooler so the compressed air is gonna be far cooler than 2 little side mounts cause you can't get them big enough. In terms of lag you are litterally talking milliseconds as the IC is gonna be full of air from startup anyway. Combine this with twin Scroll roller barring turbo's and you have one hell of a machine.. The Z engine runs bloody hot and IC's this size are a welcome addittion. If big front mounted IC's wern't important then why does everyone do it... WRC cars, Skylines, Mitsubishi Evo's, Modified Scooby's all move the top mounted IC to front of the car for better cooling..

How many fingers can your girlfriend / Z take???!! :D No seriously dude you've deffinetly got saggy spring syndrom on one side, as everyone said drive onto as flatter surface as you can and messure the distance between the tire and the arch to ensure it's exact and also make sure both tyres are of identical pressure!!! If not equal then get the springs changed for some stiffer ones and that will sort it! Stiffy should be able to sort you out (Sorry I mean Smithy!) My Z finally made an apperence in the South West's local paper today "The West Briton!!" Good photo on the rolling road too at full chat - it's on page 3 of the classified's if anyone buy's it!!! Noticed they forgot to switch the cooling fan on though while it was being tested!! :smash: All ok though!! :cool:

It definetly Red ask MAC1 it's the fastest colour and if anyone can remember back that Far when the Z32 first made an appearence the prototype Z32 was RED too so it's definetly the right colour just as an R34 Skyline GTR is best suited to bayside blue..

Was Driving to work this morning and saw A Red Z coming the opposite way through St Euny in Redruth / noticed the Registration started J300 so just wondered if it was anyone on here!!! You waved back anyway!!! Cheers, Jon

99.9 for Esso Super Unleaded in Redruth.. Nearest Optimax garage is Truro 8 miles away.. Inconvienient!!! Still waiting for Tesco 99Ron to reach Cornwall!!
