yeah it's because your working from home, never as easy. When i get home from work if the weather is nice i jump on the bike for 6 mile or so, then later that night after all choc bars, i'll do 50 pressups 50 half/low situps think they are squats then 50 full situps but with a twist then another 50 normall and then..... i repeat it all again. I started to do some leg things aswell to try and get my lower stomach muscles but that really screwed me over so had to stop them.
