  1. Sorry to shout but you'll all be gobsmaked! I've found a Co. (Remain nameless for obvious reasons) that have the molds for the coolent and after they've used my old turbo ones will have mold for them too. I will be able to do literaly any colour!! They are SS braided inside for strenth! I will be posting pictures in the traders forum soon as I have them. They have done a set in Silver, gold and Pepermint blue for a porsche!! They will be EXTREEMLY cheep! Coolent aprox £75 so Turbo unsure but would guess around £50! Having said that, even though the coolent includes a very long pipe it always puzzled me why they are more expensive and so the turbo hoses maybe the same or more expensive. I won't require a large order and turn around is usualy 48 hrs. Put that in your pipe and smoke it Samco!!! All I can say is watch this space!! My car will probably be off the road just while I get things sorted, but should be worth it in the end. For N/A (Not forgot you) again I'll need to get my hands on some standard hoses 1st but will be flogging these too.. Its taken me best part of a week to sort this out.....so lets just say ... "ROSSY hoses" kinda has a ring to it....but the hoses will be plain. i.e. wont be having any name put on them.
  2. These for a N/A of TT? Should a said, may have got discount on two lots.... Gonna ring um now

I have them on the back. Great wearing tyre...coz hard and plenty grip in the dry. Downside, slight drizzel and I have to drive like a Grandad on Sundays or I simply stay put!! Goodyears on my Porsche 911, they a good all rounda.
  4. Is it the very rare quad cam one??? Sorry chaps ....had to ask..............
  5. Quickshift They got a web site? Do you have a contact and Number? Cheers smithy
  6. I have found the co. that made my nice Blue hoses for my Nissan 200sx. The place that got them for me let it slip. I have rang them and they do all the usual colours plus dull and shiney. i.e. they actualy make the hoses! They have never done them for the 300zx but can use my old hoses to fabricate off. Once I have prices for N/A and Turbo'd I will post in the Traders section. I actualy found the quolity better than Samco!! They are nearly twice as thick. LIke me:D
  7. better if right url.....
  8. Yes, Defiantly a w@nker!
  9. I've seen figures of £1k to have both replaced. If it was me then yes change them in pairs. Maybe as a cheap option a pair off the same car in exchange for your good one and damaged for recon. Who would do this I don't know but I'd be looking for someone that did. Failing that you could sell the car and get some really nice updated ones for say £2500. But sadly you'd have no car to but them on. I've seen some nice ornament made from car part though. Ashtrays Tables etc.. Then buy a push bike....cheaper! My atempt to cheer you up! I know I'd be gutted at the prospect of needing new turbos. Anyway must be quite as my 300zx man TT is in the garage and she may hear me, having time belt etc etc...time belt £350 but its the etc etc that is costing!!!! Good luck mate, sure someone will be able to sort you out. Do a search to see if anyone breaking a tt on the forum, get your spanners out, job done??
  10. Could I have whats left to finish my Porsche off....£3k should do it?
  11. What other cars have the same stud pattern as the 300? Make and models please…

  14. The one on the other side is already connected............ Boo hoo:confused: Still 7 P igin S odall I nduction (PSI)
  15. The Det sensor is ok. Code 55 still. I found a black plug (near the dip stick) like the brown and black ones, that was unplugged. I've put this back but still 7psi. Not had chance to check the ECU for error codes sinse. I'm at C&S tomoz so will let them sort mi thinks. May cost me but at least she'll be sorted once and for all. I just wanna drive her standard for a bit before I start tweaking anything. Beleave the best way. Cheers for all yeh help and I'll post any relivant info re outcome. CarCrazyDave
  16. Nice one, even got a picture of my son on there....he'll like that. My 2nd meet and realy enjoyed it!
  17. Do the solenoids pulse or stay open for full boost, just a thought but could you bypass them? Anyway, going looking at her to see if there's signs of her having boost controllers in the past...
  18. Wouldn't know that, never thash her till she's wet. Sorry I mean warm. :D
  19. Try tube Torque http://www.tubetorque.co.uk
  20. Could it not just be a simple loose wire say on the PTU? I'd check all the connections first.
  21. Hello, I have a jap TT. Dash switch top left does indeed do the fronts. I have a switch that also lights red when on under the CD changer control in the centre console. The light are as follows. Front UK car Indicators are in the bumper either side of the number plate. Side lights are on the corners, no front fogs. Read lights are all the same appart from fogs that are in the bumber on the back UK cars Jap have none and us dunno. Front Jap Indicators are on corner, fog and side light are either side on number plate inplace of the indicators on uk cars. front US Indicators and Side lights are on the corners, fog only either side of the number plate. Mine, well just to be differant, I have US spec side lights so I have 4 side lights at the front. Corners and fog/side lights. The back was botched in my opinion. They had replaced the drivers side revering light with a red bulb, cut the wire and linked this to a relay and then the red switch mesioned above. I have put the reverse lights back to norn and I am looking for some small red fogs to put either side of the rear number plate. One thing I have seen, is the two most inner brake lights converted to fogs, but when you brake you then only have the two outers that get brighter...hense me looking for another way. On a seperate note, I have also got two red LEDs in my revering light cluster, so when my side lights are on the hole wide of the back is red. When revers is selected the white light simply overpowers the red....I think it looks realy cool. I'll let you know and everyone else what I end up doing for rear fogs. I am sure whatever I come up with has to be better than what I've seen so far.
  22. Give http://www.carolnash.com a try.
  23. Oh and I have an aftermaket Guage. Reads bang on 7psi until she's realy wound up then creaps to 7.5/8psi but never reads 9. Does sound like a leak somwhere, its just finding the f-er!
  24. Thanks, few things for me to check tonight. I have gone over all the pipes etc so the favourite is that it may have had an aftermaket controller. I'll check this first. Thanks chaps.
  25. Strange but true. As seems common the car has run at 7psi from the day I picked her up. ECU check gave code 34 and a relocated Det Sensor fix that. Still code 55 and still 7psi. Have checked all the pipes around the battery etc all fine... Any other ideas chaps... She goes in for an overhaul soon, time belt, water pump etc..so if I can not sort by then will ask Phil at C & S wood to sort...
