After all the negative comments in another thread, how about something more positive?? It'd also be good to get some stats to shut up any non - believers! so... I really like seeing my car's reflection in a mirrored shop front window, when i'm stuck in a queue of fords and vauxhalls...

anyone know where's the best place to get replacement foam or the super power flow? I've searched past threads and someone said Sumo but i can't find a number...

eh?? even my full beam's like a really cr*p dip!!! I actually have to drive long ways home, just to keep to well - lit streets!!

send it back, i think it's reasonable to expect slightly better performance from modern equipment! ;)

ok, sounds a bit stupid but i sometimes struggle to pull away quickly from a standstill! What are people's thoughts on the best takeoff?? What revs? Drop the clutch or feed it? I seem to either get bogged down (just off boost) or smoke the tyres to fu*k!! Not that it's really a problem, 'cos even when i do get a cr*p start, I can usually sail past whoever's there once i'm on full boost :D :D :D

FWIW, i had exactly the same paranoia, but when i tried a mechanical guage pressure was spot on!! (Exactly the same happened to a friend too!) Rich

i believe emission levels are dependent on date of manufacture, so levels must be lower on a series two...

Has anyone ever had strange noises coming from their HICAS?? It seems to only happen at motorway speed when going round slight bends... The only way I can describe it is as a hmmmphhh!! It's almost sounds like the tyres are rubbing the arches (which they're not). The fluid levels are all fine, and there doesn't appear to be excessive play anywhere, although I've not got anything to compare it to!! The noise is pretty loud - I'm convinced other drivers can hear it when I go past them!

sorry to jump in, but gotta agree - looks absolutely sh**e! Spoiler just doesn't suit IMO
