Had a very strange & scary experience yesterday
Paul mate - as a man I'm always the last one to visit the doctor. In fact in recent years I've only gone when Julia has dragged me there kicking and screaming!! BUT I reckon Jane could be right here. Just for you own peace of mind, please do - it can't do any harm...... ATB - and have a great holiday! Richard:chef:

Had a very strange & scary experience yesterday
Flippin 'eck Paul - I hope you're Ok mate!! Whilst not as bad as that, I had a few episodes back in 2001/2. Suddenly I'd get chest pains, dizziness, a racing pulse and breathlessness; once the dizziness went and I caught my breath, I'd still have the racing pulse for a good few hours afterwards. I thought the worst - heart attack, stroke etc. I had all kinds of tests, ecg etc, but nothing showed up. The for some reason I stopped drinking coffee (I'd always liked an espresso or two; or a good strong freshly filtered type during the day) and the problem disappeared. So I have cut out virtually all caffiene and nowadays I don't suffer at all. My GP and the cardiologist put it down to me developing an intollerance to caffiene. I am OK with tea (I stick to Earl Grey though) and now indulge in the occasional decaf coffee; but I did try a glass of diet Coke recently and sure enough I felt like shite for a couple of hours afterwards. I hope your issue is something simple like that too buddy - and I wish you better! Richard:chef:

clean 1 owner 300zx
Very nice find Allan!! I love to see examples like that around. Also it's good to see it priced higher too; sure it may seem a tad expensive to some of us, but it's cars like that that will be the true classics in years to come. A bit like finding an original 240z nowadays! Richard:thumbup:

Reasons you bought your Zed
Similar to Daz really..... .....I got into powerful Japanese cars back in 1993 and always thought the 300zx was the best of the lot (including the NSX) for over-all looks, performance and style. I had a couple of Mk3 Supras in the 1990s but the Mk4 was too ugly for me when it came to replacing my 2nd Mk3. So I settled on a 300zx and never looked back! The Z32 was virtually perfect straight out of the box and needed very little to really enhance it. Plus it still has an ageless/timeless appeal, which it's rivals sadly do not possess (the Mk4 Supra and 3000gt have not aged as well I reckon:tt2:) even though they are still good cars. That, and it's part of a line of heritage of Z-cars; since 1969 and still going, courtesy of the 370z today. Richard:yes:

Leather retrimmed seats.
LOL - yes! This guy has been banned more than once for re-registering whilst banned. His photobucket gives his real ID away; and Stella has given a pretty unambiguous clue..... ......Also I believe a few of you may know him from another 'site; going by the name of someone who thumbs a lift........ (like we didn't know....) Richard:huh:

I got the job!!!

Spiritual Successor to the Z32 Interior
Sorry for the confusion Ian.... ......ZX is staying put - it's only used as a weekend/holiday toy and I simply couldn't give that up! My black SLK (current daily drive) is being replaced by a shiney silver one; but I haven't got it yet. MB dealer is doing the cherished number transfer for me and they should be transporting it down from somewhere oooop north next week! Richard:cool2:

Yup - I too have had the same problem! I think an e-mail automatically gets sent to Pete (TurboZ) so once he sees it, I'm sure he'll fix it when he can. Richard:chef:
