  9. No I was taking about the 300ZX with the V8 in. The engine bay looked a mess and looked awful. I like the TVR Tuscans. The back of them are a little strange but its very unique, you notice them about a mile infront of you on the motorway. :D Stuart

There was a huge bug with Win 98 which caused it to keep restarting the defrag when it gets so far and never really get round to finishing it off. Stuart

You probably have an Intel then. Mine often goes up to 80ºC. Stuart
  12. It is true what Nelson is saying though. You do need time to get over training. As we know muscles build because the fibers rip slightly and then repair themselves but slightly bigger. If you dont allow this time for repair you do more damage than good. The British swimmer Mark Foster I think it was. Used to train every day, morning day and night because he thought that was best. He became a lot worse, until he was convinsed that he needed to train less to allow his body to recouperate from training. If you train and train and train, the muscules dont have time to repair as when they get torn slightly, when you train the next day they will tear again before its better. But that is why they rotate what part of the body they work on. ;) Stuart
  13. Yeah. Pitty he was driving a I6. ;) Yeah there was a picture a few weeks ago of one. Personally I thought it looked horrible. Probably sounded good though. Stuart

Yeah you dont want one which looks pink do you? Stuart
  22. I will have one, the baked bean tins are a little crude.
  23. Take off your wheels. Pull out the pin on the back of the caliper which goes through the 2 long rods which go through the caliper. When the pin is removed pull out the rods from the top and bottom of the calipers. The rods with screw like heads on. Watch for the dust cover (The metal plate) pinging off. When they are out pull out the old brake pads. Put copper grease on the back of your new pads, put the little plates which where on the back of your old pads on to the back of the new ones and push the new pads back into place. Push the rods back through the hole in the caliper threading through the holes in the pads and making sure you put the dust cover back in place. Put the pin through the hole in the rods when they are in place. You may need to push the pistons back a little as the new pads will be thicker. Take off the lid of the brake fluid chamber in under the bonnet and put a cloth around the bottom of it, incase some of it over flows. With the pads out get a good strong spanner or screw driver, and use that to leaver the pistons back, but dont break or damage the rubber seals around the pistons.
  24. The sill which is under the door is $200 each but the the part just infront of the rear arch is classed as part of the 3/4 panel and I think they are expensive. Stuart
