It could be, the one I've brought is all in Japanese, so I wont be watching it for the stimulating dialogue :D :rofl: But this one does have a different cover, not that that means much. I'll post on his thread and see.

I've managed to contact the seller, and he's put it back on as a 3 day buy-it-now, as apparentley E-Bay had pulled his auction :confused: (he didn't say why, but i can guess ;) ) Anyway, as soon as I found it, I brought it, so will let you guys know what you're all missing. If its any good, I may include it in my forth-coming Xmas DVD for charity :D depends on file size etc......

The biggest problem with a second hand box, is that no one can guarantee it to last for any length of time, infact it could blow within a few days, you never know. So even if I could get one for a good price, then I'd have to find someone prepared to fit it, and also have it transported to there. On the whole, I could end up spending a hell of a lot of money out, and end up with a crap box, and nothing to show for it (on the worst side that is, but that is a very important thing to consider)

I've been talking to an auto gearbox specialist yesterday, and describing the fault/symptons with my car. We were talking on the phone for quite some time, he's been recommended to me by at least five people already, so I should be OK with him. He recons that, basically, the box is fooked!!!! But he can recondition it, and will give it a 12 month warranty.............. For the tidy sum of £1300!!!! And it'll take about a week. On the second hand side, my normal garage, who I've used for a number of years, said that they wouldn't fit a second hand box, and most garages would be the same (they then recommended this guy I've been talking to). Oh yeah, it's also going to cost me £100 just to have it transported to Newark. So I'm not a completeley happy bunny at the moment

I personally cant see the point. As you are limited to the phone line quality, the web sites that you are visiting and the speed of your own PC. But I supose it's down to how much downloading you do.

I think it may be the pump, due to the noise when I start the car. Very screechy, that soon goes off, at the same time that I loose drive! It's just a thought, but I'm not dismissing it yet.

I've got three webmails in my @300zx.co.uk mail box, and none of them make any sense!!!! Has anyone else had this? One simply says........ "Re: hi. See the file.".............. (what file?? :confused: ) Another says............ "Fwd: Warning again. You have downloaded these illegal cracks?."........................... (what cracks?? :confused: ) And the other is a message could not be delivered, to whom I've never sent an e-mail, and certainley not from my Zed address. Very strange!

Looks like another nice day for a meet. P155ed off that I couldn't make it, but far more important things to take care off at the moment (like trying to fix the Zed, and getting my house ready for sale). One day my Zed may just make it to a Newark meet :D

OK, the latest........ Well she's up in the air on four axel stands. I finally got the sump pan off (pain in the arse) but thats as far as I got, due to the sump dropping the remainder of it's oil all over my driveway yesterday afternoon, so I had to wait untill today to get hold of some 'Kitty Litter' to soak it all up :rolleyes: My biggest problem now is that I'm trying to finish my house off due to hoping to get it up for sale within two weeks, so I'm pushed for time. Sorry to say but it's looking like I won't be taking her to JAE (but I'll be there) TBH I think my Auto oil pump has gone, but I'll still try and check the Line Presure Soliniod and the small filter. Don't think I'm going to get any more chances this week, so it'll be the weekend before I get another chance to do anything. Then if it is the pump, then I'll defo be looking for another box, so defo wont be taking it to JAE :cry: What a p155er, the biggest show of the season, and only 30 miles away from me and my Zed probably won't be there.

I got offered this last year, but as it was 180 miles away from me (Lancashire) then it would have cost me in petrol, time off work, you STILL HAVE TO PAY, but you don't get the points. I've been watching a Japanese Zed DVD on E-bay for the last couple of days, it was on auction (not Buy-It-Now) and was due to finish next tuesday. Well looked this morning, and I have no items being watched at the moment!!! :confused: So I've done another search, in the same way that I found it the first time, and no DVD's for the Zed at all :confused: So how can an item completley dissapear? A guy I work with is a Power Seller on E-bay, and says that even if the auction was pulled by either E-bay or the seller, it would still be in my watched list, although the link may not go anywhere. A bit p155ed off now, as I was hopeing to get hold of this as it's 75 minutes of Zed action, test reports and comparisons from Japan :mad:

its automatic What Chris means is, is it Normally Asperated, or is it Twin Turbo? As Chunk sugested, http://www.300zxclub.com are very usefull, as it's a US based forum. If you register on there and post regarding your problems you'll soon get a response regarding a helpfull/trusted mechanic in your local area who should be able to give you the correct advice you need. As it's a little difficult over here in the UK, as we don't know any US mechanics :D HTH

Not puting down any of the info above, either phone BT up and get them to do a line check, or if you can get on line long enougth, go to BT.Com and perform a line check that way. If there is a problem it'll tell you were it is, either Exchange, Line, Outside equipment (BT) or internal equipment (yours), at least you'll know one way or another. HTH Incidentley, I've got the BT Voyager, never had a problem with it yet!! :D
