Vote for Miss 300zx.co.uk 2010
I would guess at the fact that there is no photo showing on your post!

Get some locking nuts
Yeah it could be.... I don't know :D

Get some locking nuts
I'm not so sure it is, there is a line that runs down from the top of the wing towards the sill area just in front of the side repeater, and the rest could just be reflections. Either way something isnt quite right about that!

HELP - key stuck in ignition
Didn't realise that the manual had this as well. Does it matter if it's in neutral?

JAE (loads of pictures)
It doesn't work like that, you already have to be a 'Friend' to see his photo's!!

I'd say look in the region of £2k + for a TT, preferably with as much history as you can get. Buying from a well know member on here would be a good bet, as you can go back through their posts and see what problems they have had in the past and how they have resolved them.. The buyers Guide is in the FAQ section (VERY useful indeed) HTH Dave

A subjective view on moderation
Of course I'm referring to the police, not the Mods here ;) So I can't really comment on their policies now can I, after all I don't go around breaking the law, or intending to, so it's not likely to affect me :D As for here, and like I have already stated, I think a lot get away with a lot more than they would on other forums, but then I like it the way we have it, I think we have a good balance. OK so it doesn't please everybody (a lot of the time because it doesn't go their way!!), but you can't please everyone all of the time now can you? It's called compromise, something that a few members should look up in a dictionary sometime ;)

That is indeed correct. :scooter:

A subjective view on moderation
If i may.... I don't think anyone has even implied this  And I think I can speak for the team here and state that that is the same for us as well Same as 2 above And we hope you are :D I'm sure no one would take it as such either. I think Allen did a fantastic job on this thread, as it seems that Gary and myself were the only other Mods in the vicinity yesterday, and I know I wasn't available all that much. And on the other matter raised earlier regarding my own opinions, I'll keep them to myself in future as obviously as a Mod I'm not entitled to any!! :winkiss:

Firstly Andy, please read my post properly, it is aimed at the trouble makers. Of which I'm sure no forum would like to have as members if that's all that they are there to be. Also what part of 'My PERSONAL message to them...." didn't you get? It's got nothing to do with being a Mod, as, if you do a search, you'll find that I've stated this exact same thing in the past!!!!

I think some of you want to think you're lucky you don't own a Skyline, as both the GTR and Skylineowners clubs are very heavily modified, and always have been, over in the states some of the 300ZX clubs wont stand for 'off the wall' modifications either and you get shot down there for showing or discussion them... it's just the different way certain clubs see things. I'm sure if well thought out club suggestions are put forward (and I really do mean 'Well Thought Out' ones!) then they could be looked at. Most members come here to enjoy the facilities that the club offers, it's a shame that there are some tits that want to have everything their own way, and then think they are owned something when they don't get it and wont let it lie!! My personal message to them is.... "If you don't like it, then F**K O**!!" I've been here a long time now, and I've seen many members come and go, through various reasons, some have been a shame to see them go, and some it's Good Riddance! Members will always come and go, and this club will still be here......... So enjoy the site, enjoy your Zeds and keep this place running nice and smoothly! My 2p's worth anyway :D

99spec front bumper fitment
Yep, same here... the intercooler ducts will need modifying a little (or fit proper 99 spec ones) and i found that the polystyrene was a bit tight!

Legality of towing, Advice needed
I know that a rope tow would be illegal, but would imagine that a solid purpose built item should be OK. Best way would be to pop into your local plod office and just ask them!

I've just got to share this........
Well, well ;) Next week is the week! And I'm having the kids stop with me. Partially because this weekend is my weekend anyway, and my Ex buggers off on Sunday, and partially because I'm their dad and they prefer to be with me anyway (they told me, I never asked them!!!) So, all being well, we'll be off to London for a coulpe of nights during the week and as for the rest of the time just quality time together. I may only have a small place here and we are a little cramped, but sod it, they are my kids and I love them to bits. The more time I can spend with them the better. Dave

Bank holiday weekend, woop woop, what are we all up to?
Well I'm off work again from this evening and having the kids over for the whole week. Then I get to take my daughter to her new school a week on Monday. Like your daughter Janus it's her first day at big school.... really big school, as she starts secondary school Monday 6th! Probably off to London with the kids during the week for a couple of nights as well, take in a few museums and stuff... should be fun.

Impressive Guitar Hero vid
While looking for something else, I came across this and having played on Rock Band (not very well I'll admit) I was very impressed.

How often do you do it?
When I'm working in the office at work this is on one screen, while I work on the other screen. When I'm at home this is on most of the time, whether I'm actually sat at it or not :D

Me at work......
Miles don't matter, it's down to working hours break times etc. We also have two class 08 shunters, and a class 47 that I can drive. Thanks Al, I love my job :D That's what most people know this place for if you mention Old Dalby, shame really as so much important work has been undertaken here for Railway safety. lol ;) Yep quite a bit of TRAINing. We've not had a serious accident that's incurred any injury..... and hopefully we wont! The prototype APT (APT-E), which was a Gas Turbine as you say, was built at Derby (now our head office) and performed a lot of early testing here at Old Dalby. The acceleration of the Class 390 (Pendolino) was so great that we could easily atain thoses speeds, although they were only specific tests and not normally done as our max tilt enabled speed is 125mph.
