Bloody typical, our hotel is right by the 'Other' entrance! ;) lol
  2. Which light is it? Take a look at this thread..>>http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=41352
  3. For a truely awesome vid, check out http://twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=general&msg_id=1804042 Download whichever quality you prefer (I went for the DVDBURN High Quality one, took about 20 mins to download as it's 111Mb) Just sat and watched it, very very good production and effects
  4. Similar to what I want to do, as I already have an 80Gb hard drive, that I'll still use for my OS and Prog files etc, and a new 300Gb which I'll use for everything else :D Thanks for all the advice guys, vijay I'll talk to you later mate :D
  5. Very nice vid bud, especially as you have mine on it :D
  6. Well that way is no saving on time at all, as I already have almost everything on disc anyway, so that'll take about 5 or 6 hours with re-boots etc. Just been doing some checking, and what about a program like >>THIS? It says that it'll copy the entire hard drive in one go, which considering I'll be installing everything, including the OS (Why did I put OC on the first post :headvswal ) anyway, seems the best option.
  7. Derek, just paid for one via the link on ZClub, it's under the addy of anubis4120@msn. Using the automated link, doesn't let you leave a message, which is where I would have said who I am :D All the best
  8. Is it possible to do the following?................. I want to upgrade my PC, but so as not to spend loads of time re-installing everything, could I just install a second hard drive into my PC as it stands now, copy ALL my program files over to the new drive, then when I re-build the PC, install the OC* to the old drive, re-install this new drive and copy all the program files back to the old drive? Will that work? And will the programs work? If not is there a way of doing so, without spending hours re-loading all the programs that I use? *= I'll have to re-load the OC, as I'll be replacing the processor and motherboard (Upgrading to a 3G P4, from a 2.6 Celeron, should make a bit of difference ;) )
  9. Bloody typical, I'm in Grantham with the kids this weekend. Especially as I know that's a very nice pub ;)
  10. Yep, it defo pays to shop around, and to haggle with them. I've always haggled with Orange (had to use Orange, as that was the only network that could get a signal into where I worked before) they either want my business or they don't, I always make out like I don't care :D I've alwasy got what i wanted, and always a brand new phone for nothing  Just a shame the last one, a Motorola V3, was so shite!! So far this N80 seems quite good, got a 3meg pix camera, which is quite good. Just uploaded a few mp3 tunes to it (had to load a certain tune, so that i know instantly that my stupid bitch of an Ex is texting me :headvswal ) Yep quite impressed so far :D
  11.   :nana2:
  12. My old phone contract came to an end back in April, and, as i didn't have a job, I thought that I'd go for Pay-As-You-Go............ well that was a big mistake, as my old contract was only £30 p/month and I put £40 in the first 3 weeks of having this PAYG one (old phone, new sim) So I shopped around for a good deal, and came across the vodaphone..... 125 mins, any network, any time and 250 text messages. but on an 18 month contract you have the new Stop The Clock... Which is Evenings and weekends you pay for the first 3 mins, and can stay on for an hour! Thats exactly what I want, and at only £20 p/month, was a great saving as well. Took the contract out, got the phone home, and found out that there was no to very little signal at home, so tested it out over last weekend and still crap signal at Karen's house as well, so (reluctantly) took it back on Monday and cancelled my contract :( Bloody hell, start searching all over again................ then thought about trying to see what Orange would do for me, as thats who i had the old contract with..... rang them up, and told them what I'd like, which was basically my old contract back (200 mins & 500 Texts), and with a free phone :D ..... They said 'Yeah, no problem!' In fact if I took out an 18 month contract, they'd give me another 100 mins + 1000 (yep thousand) texts as well!!! And although I couldn't have one of the new Nokia 6280 phones, as they didn't have any, they would let me have the brand new Nokia N80 instead! So I've now got a new top of the range (almost) phone, 300 anytime any network talk minutes and 1500 text messages........... It pays to ask :D Now two sorrys...... First to those that have received various Texts from me over the last few weeks regarding new numbers of mine :D And second, sorry for the long-winded story here!!
  13. Hope there wasn't any parking attendents around, otherwise you could have got a £30 fine!!
  14. Doesn't look like it bud.... Check my sig out. The 99 is held in place by four bolts, the forward ones are further apart than the lower ones, if that makes sense? I'm in the process of doing a How-To on the fitting of the 99, so will have all the measurements and fitting points in that, but on looking at your pic, I think that yours is too far outwards for it to mount the same.

Join the A1, drive North to Newark, continue on the A1 until the A46 turn off. Head Eastward along the A46 (Newark bypass) to the next roundabout, take the last exit, for the A616 (north) signposted South Muskham & New Ollerton. Continue along the A616 past South Muskham, untill you come to New Ollerton, continue along the A616 upto the round about with the A614, take the last turn (A614 North - Doncaster(A1)) continue northbound along this untill you see the signs for Thoesby Hall on your Left. Take this left turn and you'll come to the entrance for the show area (signposted JAPS) HTH

  17. As for removing the dash, have a look at this >> http://www.darkbadger.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Docs/Fitment_of_LED.doc (Right click, Save As) It's the 'How-To' for fitting LED's to the dash, but has how to get in to it. HTH ...........As for altering the mileage, well that's illegal!! ;)
  18. Looking very sharpe mate  But wait untill you go through a muddy puddle in the winter and you've gota clean it again   No seriously, it's very nice indeed bud

  20. yep, Happy Birthday bud :duffer: :duffer:
  21. That Concorde is parked on a barge right next to an aircraft carrier that the public are allowed to walk all over. It's in the film National Treasure! :D As for a LWB NA, they've got a few over there ;)
  22. Didn't know Andy did converters, best bet is to as Andy :D With a UK spec clock you can have the ECU chipped properly (by Andy)
  23. PTU, Power Transistor Unit! Series two version replaced the inadequate (sp) series one version. Basically the first version was susceptible to heat/vibration damage, especially as it is mounted on the front of the engine, on the right hand cam cover. Quite a few people re-position it in a better location, mine is mounted under the centre panel between the headlamps, but only because I have an Apexi air filter fitted and not the standard one. Other places to mount them are the forward section of the left hand inner wheel arch, and some even go to the lengths of making a special bracket for it. HTH
  24. Depends if yours is UK or Jap? If it's UK, you should be able to get the door panels off. If it's Jap, then you've got a problem, as you'll need to get the seat belt finishings off, and there are two screws from the door jam side!! Saying that though, you still might be able to get the rest of the panel off enough to get somthing in there to pop the lock open! Sorry I can't be much help, but looks like you'll be investigating tomorrow now ;) Drivers seat right back, or better still take it out, as you'll get more work room that way, it's only four bolts, doesn't take long. HTH Dave
  25. All sorted, and on their way back to you :D
