  1. Here you go.... I must get this done myself. I've had to split it into two parts, because of the upload limit here. Just right click, save as! Then you can paste them back together yourself :D Dave
  2. Sorry Si, but I have absolutely NO idea :D But saying that, looking at this pic with my bumper off (and a lot of other stuff ;) ) it looks possible, as there is nothing that sticks down on the front edge of a lamp unit. Depends then if you can get the wires up the back of it without too much trouble! Dave
  3. Thanks Mark, all sorted this morning  Surprisingly, everything works when you point the dish at the right satellite ;)
  4. And you wont be finding that out :D Although saying that I thought we had a eBay username thread at one time  or am I imagining it? ;)
  5. Nah that's Stuart's (I think) How-To on fitting a rear strut brace. Which reminds me, I really must get around to fitting mine, I've had it two years now :D
  6. Just got to wait for some Oriental guy to paddle the boat faster!!! :D
  7. One person is spot-on  well done, but I'm not saying who ;) That's the best one though
  8. Second Sky Digi-Box turned up today(dad's box), so I installed it after I got in from work, and........ guess what.......... No ****ing satillite signal received!!!!!!!!!!!!! :headvswal After a lot of head scratching (and I mean a LOT!!) I've finally figured it out.......... All of the above are correct........ Oh yeah, I got the best signal possible....... But from the wrong ****ing satillite :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal It's pointing the wrong bloody way (well slightly) :smash: :smash: So I've got the compass ready and will be going into the front garden in the morning (weather permitting) and re-allign it properly this time
  9. I do!!!!!    And I love it
  10. As title :D Can you guess why I've bought this for Eliza? Obviously it's a single RCA to RCA lead, but what is the exact reason? ;) I'm not going to confirm if anyone actually gets it right until the 'item' is installed..... should be about a week or so (hopefully) There are enough clues on the site in the last week that could lead you in the direction, but I've not mentioned exactly that I'm getting this item :D You can tell I'm bored, can't you? ;)
  11. Arr, sounds good :D I remember it was difficult to get mine to show the blue up when I took photos of my (current) dash, even though it looked fine to the eye.
  12. I'm glad I've cleared that up for you :D
  13. It's a way of adding other audio devices to a head unit if you haven't got any other aux inputs. You plug you other device (MP3 player in my case) into the FM modulator, it then transfers the signal into a FM frequency which you can play using a radio station. This isn't one of the cheap (read crap) radio transmitter types that are all over eBay, this unit is hard wired, with a direct connection straight into the ariel socket on the back of a head unit. :D Does that make sense?
  14. Head unit, multi-changer and FM modulaor.... offers around £100 One satellite still available! Only £10 Come on peeps ;)
  15. The bulbs should of been left in for the needles! Could just be that the photo's don't pick this up!
  16. Like I said, although I still like them, I've changed my mind, and found what I really want in there :D Well when they bloody turn up that is ;) Shame I can't afford what else I really want for Eliza, but at over a grand, for a set of imported wheels, it just isnt going to happen any time soon
  17. :hurl: :hurl: :hurl:
  18. Looking good bud, glad you're happy with them :D
  19. I was intending going into Aldi ton ight on my way home and picking a pair of these up, but due to the town centre being at a stand still (diverted A1 traffic, yet another lorry over) I went a different route home
  20. Check file type and size, I believe you can upload JPEG upto 500kb file size now! (used to be only 250kb)
  21. Can't say about other systems, but I use the Route 66 sat nav system on my Nokia N80, which is quite good. It's available for other mobile phone software, as well as a fully independent self-contained system called Chicago 6000 for around £200 (give Halfords a try, currently £180) Details >> http://www.66.com/route66/products.php?cid=UK&sec=0&ssec=0&prodid=3322 HTH Dave
  22.   Just thought of another one as well...... She's (Eliza) not going to **** off with some other bloke either!!!  Bit more reliable than my Ex then!! :D
