Well i'm a very very happy chappy :dance: I had a big package today :bow: I tell you what though, nothing is EVER easy with a zed!! guy turns up with a 250kg pallet with no pallet truck!! so i had to go out hire a pallet truck for 10 minutes :rofl: but they guy didnt charge me when i took it back ;) Anyway its all here now safe and sound, superbly packaged and i mean superbly!! my turbos are due in tomorrow/wednesday and deve8uk very kindly lent me his pentroof manifolds as mine wont be ready for a few weeks so it means i can get mine all built up and running this month now :dance: Not much to see but took a few pics Silly £1800 carbon clutch lol 1 Peice Steel Drive shaft PE Timing Belt, NGK 8 Plugs and Tomie 280 Ltr Fuel Pump The beast ;) the engine

am i right in asuming that they sold you a new car?? AND took the knackered 300 in part ex?? scammed mate, probably needed a few hundred quid spending on it and will be on the forecourt in a few weeks for £4k!! could be wrong though :o ;)

problem is it would need to be adjustable and dont worry it will only be put on when i'm running the car on a track etc not for driving around ;)

nice one, will be boosting on the stock solonoids now :) at least you will know where to plumb the boost controller in if you choose to fit one ;)

the only thing you can do is try fitting an aftermarket breather system like i have?? i dont run PVC valves and mine was getting pressurised and pi55ing oil out as well but this stopped it ;) but it did turn out to be the piston which was damaged!! ran fine, no smoke at all but i had 2 cracks in 1 piston!! I'm going smooth rear on my zed but with what i'm wanting to do i think i may need to add something to help keep her ass on the road/track so what sort of ideas on a "functional" spoiler and hopefully look OK as well??? :) Mike

Yeh was a good day, got my wife to go round in that yellow porka turbo and she loved it :) and my son had a few goes in that little blue kit car type thing and bloody hell that thing was stupid fast!! 0-100 in just under 6 seconds :eek: Sorry i didnt get to spend more time talking to you guys ;) i think its always difficult when your with the wife and kids etc Took a few pics which i will post up in a bit Mike

have you done a leak down test?

very possible as the turbos will just boost on the wastegate which is prob 6 or 7 psi!! i would get a boost controller which should give you what you need ie booooooooooooooooooost :D

looks like the old oem boost control pipes to the wastegates and solonoid so you must either have a boost controller or its had one :)

yeh the flex is a superb system, its more road based so although on the softest setting its still fairly hard, its useable. worth getting the edfc as its cool ;)
