well as mac knows i raced a GSXR when i was running 1 bar of boost and i say i was racing him, i was setting up my boost controller so he must have thought i was racing so he tucked in and shot past me so i was in 4th and in the "mental" rev range so i thought what the hell and floored it in 4th and went up his bum ;) and passed him fairly easily but i was doing..... well more than double the motorway speed on my private road ;) Mike

my old desktop was a viao and i never had any problems but cant remember who on here repairs laptops and there was 2 he said to not buy as he gets them in the most of sony and i think dell were the other one?? tbh i still looked at them but for the money you couldnt get a decent spec one that was near the dells and HP one i may sell mine at some point but for the money i would lose its prob not worth it Mike

ARC are one of japans best makers of intercoolers and rads so you have a good one there ;) think i looked into one of theres a while back and it worked out at about £7-800 for a rad !!

yeh same as what i paid for my HP laptop i was looking at the del XPS but tbh this HP was a very similar spec so bought this :) i have all the intentions of using it to play games etc on as its got a dedicated 256mb graphics but i have not played one :rofl: just seems a waste of £1200 just surfing the web :confused: :D

buy mine if you want ;) bought it at christmas as a desktop replacement but to be honest i'm about to get a new work laptop so i may sell it but its top of the range stuff :) Mike

Just found out a friend of mine has got involved with some people who sound as dodgy as they come!! Firstly he has his own taxi company with 2 taxis which him and his brother run, anyway a guy which i think is a gypsy has be friended them and now says he wants to invest in his company, buy them some new cars and premisis and also wants them to setup an offshore account to import cars from andora??? So apart from the obvious possible money laundering issues and possibly drug movements what possible scams is he getting into with bringing cars in?? Any advice welcome Mike

lol hard work they are bud ;) as you have to line up the plates we couldnt get an alignment tool so we knocked up something to roughly line it up and with the bolts tight but not too tight we lined the box on it so it could move the plates a little bit then once it went on we carefully slid the box back off, tightened the clutch up and worked a treat :) took us 4 hours before we did this by trying to do it by eye lol Mike
