Hi Martin, it might have been mine that you have heard failed. I had the TD stage II-III when i first had them fitted they seemd to go well - they are not a big turbo so the spool up was excellent and they seemed very responsive, i maxed out at 421 bhp As we increased the spec and horsepower of the engine something went wrong - still not too sure what. In trying to determine the problem to report back to the manufacturer we managed to break a piston. So there is the story. If you would like to wait a few weeks we should be getting the report back from Turbo Dynamics as to the cause of the problem - it might just be a one off and i suppose these things do happen. The mark of a quality company is how they deal with the problems once they arise. In all honesty i couldnt reccomend them until we find out what went wrong. Bear in mind that every turbo replacement means a complete engine out job - hence very expensive. What spec is your engine, and what are you looking to achieve - good responsiveness/good top end bhp ? Regards, alex

Ian - cant you ask for money up front in a gb - that way the previous one wont effect any others.
