  1. hi all, ive had my zed tt for about 1 1/2 years now and this has never happened before, coming down a slip road today and booted it (auto, import, running on BP ultimate, straight through exhaust system) just about when the car kicks down the gears, wheel spin and then a few bangs and pops (backfiring), ease off the pedal, 5 mins down the road, try it agian and fine all the way home? I don't know if it hit the rev limiter or not but slightly concerned as to why this happend, can anyone shed some light on this for me? kind regards JIM :(
  2. hi mate i live in hull? Jim
  3. while where on the subject how do you bleed a zed, is it in the normal manner or do you have to bleed the whole abs system aswell, just asking because i want to flush the old out and put some new in, after all its been in there for 10 years! cheers Jim

  10. hi greg, theres a interior trimmer near me who does all of the leather and vinyl etc called BARRS, what colour red is your car? Jim
  11. right ill try to describe this one best i can, jap cars come into the uk with klm clock dials, the import guys remove the klm face, put a mph one on and attach a black box to the back of the speedo to calibrate it. The american zeds have mph speedo but only go up to 160mph (ours are 180mph) can we get one of those black calibration box's that attach to the back of the clocks that convert the uk 180mph to 160mph dial face??? the only reason i ask is that i bought some indiglo white face dials from the usa and they look fantastic in the car and are real good quality, the faces are in 160mph (i did know this before ordering but was prepared to ignore the clock face, there not to ''out'' until 70ish) hope that all makes sense  Jim

  16. hi both of my seat belts have gone strange, they used to retract fine when uncliped or when you turn the ignition off, they'd zip back, but know they just sit there and you have to feed them back in your self, WELL ANOYING! is there any sensor or something like that, that could have gone? seems strange that both have gone together. thanks very much Jim
