Totally agree with Baz on this..... I have removed the CC, rad expansion tank and washer bottle (relocated a smaller bottle under the nose panel). Also i cut away the fwd inner arch liner to allow the air to completely flow from the rear of my godspeed smic's. Alz.

Do the comp test matey, just to rule out the rings and valves. Have you got a comp tester? If not i can send you mine and return it when you have finished. Alz.

They look like the later style injector to me...... Alz.

Sounds like it could be either rings (maybe just 1 or 2) or valve guides. Deffo not tubs, as it would be full throttle. Have done a compression test, both wet and dry? Alz.

Have you done the over-run test to rule out rings? Alz.

What size burner are you going to fit? We have a 5kw burner producing 11625btu. Am sure i read somewhere before installation that the kw rating and btu output values determind whether the chimney should be lined, over 5kw and over 12000btu. This all depends on the age of ur house matey. We have installed a "Chelsea Duo, multi stove". The internal breast of the chimney, has 2 brick built deflection flues, and as guided by the stove manufactuer and chimney sweeper, no inner flue lining was required. We have been burning coal and wood logs for 2 years now, with all smoke and fumes being pulled up the breast with no down-draft, and throws heat very, very well. Our hose was built in the 1920-30's, and we have been advised to sweep every 2 years to reduce the risk of chimney fires. Alz.

I had a plank over my 300 today, I am gonna have good old plank b4 I go to bed, and usually when i wake in the morning I am ready to be planked. I can say................ I am a great big planker!!!! You cannot beat a good plank.... Alz. :ohmy:

Could be the alarm door actuators that centrally lock the doors not functioning correctly, thus sending a signal to the alarm base saying, door not locked, and setting the alarm off. This happened to me, new drivers door alarm actuator and all sorted. HTH buddy... Alz.
