I changed the plugs along with new injectors. I have checked the balance bar o-rings and they are fine. I have now adjusted the base idle screw, and she seems to be a little stable, but still getting the hissing from the valve and when yellow connector removed, she stalls. Al.

Its a very loud hissing and cannot feel any airflow around the valve (i.e. leaks)............ Could this be the gasket? Alz.

Hi people, I have changed my plugs to Iridium 7's and she runs sweet under load, but having some issues with low idle and stalling on tick over. I swapped back to NGK 6's and she idles just as bad, but runs rough, so back to 7's and all is fine except the low idle/stalling on tick over. I went to adjust the base idle and I can hear a hissing sound from the valve itself. All the pipes have no air leaks. If I remove the yellow connector the hissing stops, and she stalls. I connect it back and the hissing starts. Any ideas people....... Alz.

Thats how i did my speedo calibration, just a bit of a nightmare driving and adjusting...... Al.

I had my Zed sprayed some years ago, paid a fortune for it, they had it over 1 year!!!! and the finish was shocking to say the least....... The price, imho, does not come into the equation.......... the main factor is quality of work. If you can see at first hand, some very recent examples of the work carried out by them, and some work that is 1-3 years old, and it is good, then go for it. For me now, I would have the car wrapped.............. The price for a good wrap, far ways out the cost of a spray, and if you are fed up with the wrap after a few years, just peel it off and get it wrapped again...... simples. Alz.
