  1. Is that a real JUN front bumper? Alz.
  2. Zedworld is a first class 300 garage, no other comes close for routine work. Well done Jeff and the crew!!! Alz.
  3. Can we have a piccie Chris,of the polished one and the chromed one.... :)
  4. Great job matey, just make sure u keep it polished all the time......... The dreaded corrosion can set in very quickly if u leave it for a while..... Unless u gonna lacquer it in high temp lacquer. Alz.
  5. As far as I am aware, the only way is an ECU chip. These can be supplied from AndyP, John Dixon and Jeff (Zedworld). These are the most trusted people to get the chips from, and price is pretty cheap. Contact them here. Alz.
  6. Bump matey............ Alz.
  7. Great spec there Andy, the slicky will be awesome when done!!! Alz.
  8. This may not affect you Harby..... I purchased some Ferrodo 2500 pads for my 300 some time ago, from the internet and a trusted site. I had very bad brake squeal from the offset, and it turned out that he pads were preformed from a Leyland DAF truck!!!!!!! Unbelievable, I know....... Now changed to yellow stuff and all is looking great!!!! Alz.
  9. I am gonna get this done to my 300, either this year or next. I cannot pay for a respray that; costs a fortune and after 1-2 years turns out shite. I am a firm believer that wrapping is the future for all vehicle exterior finishes............ Alz.
  10. Ok Matey, many thanks. Alz.
  11. Hi Scott, Did you get the chrome pas pot matey? Alz.
  12. Will let u know Steams............. Cheerz, Alz.
  13. Well said brother................ Alz.
  14. Woop Woop Woop................. Looking first class there Tony!!!!! Nice one!! Alz.
  15. Well........... I have removed the Air Regulator and the ol' girls idles, but quite high..... between 1000-1600 rpm, and hunts in-between. I tried 2 A.R.'s and got same results; low idle after warm, and wanting to stall. I am gonna run my 300 without the AR and she how she goes/performs. Alz.
  16. Wouldn't the ECU compensate for the absence?
  17. Hi people.... Can a TT run without the IAA unit and the Air regulator if all ports are blanked? Cheers, Alz.
  18. This is a very sad affair............. My 300 has been in a specialists hands; and turned out like a bag of shite!!!, but with others, ended in first class!!! But, If I had the experience Vijay had, I would be a little pissed to say the least. There are some 300 mechanics out there who are trustworthy and totally reliable....... And there are some who are not!!!! And will all know who they are!?!?! I trust Zedworld as a reputable company and would take my 300 to them always.......... But I would not take it to other 300 specialists on this forum, and we all know why........... If I had the experience Vijay has had, I would not be happy........ Alz.
  19. Hey Mikey........... Soz for the late reply buddy......... I am running a standard ECU with a socket for an eprom chip. I have 2 chips for my 550 injectors, 1 supplied from John Dixon and 1 supplied from Zedworld. HTH matey........ Alz.
  20. 146 is the answer sunny....... Alz.
  21. If it is a second hand PTU, then maybe it could be fried. A new series II PTU is the only way to eradicate any issues relating to a faulty PTU. Alz.
  22. Where is the showground? Alz.
  23. PMSL............... Alz.
  24. No, took them out, bench tested them, all seemed fine, put them back and still 1 cylinder down. Swapped the injectors around, all seemed good for a little bit then, lost 1 cylinder again. Seems strange, as I thought it could not be the injectors as they seemed fine out of the engine. So I took the plunge and changed to JECS 555's. Alz.
  25. Not sure if u know, but u can bench test injectors with a 9V battery (the small square type). Get the injector out, attach 2 wires to each terminal on the batt, and each to the injector connectors, and the little beaut will pulse/click, if she is good. No pulse/click, then she is bad...... Information curtsey of "jimmer, Zed God". Alz.
