  1. Hi You need to connect both ends of the 1meg resistor, there is a positive and a ground. Undo the plug and connect the resistor within the socket that goes to the ecu. Ive just done mine recently. Look in the faq section for info. Cheers Graham

Always drive safely Trish, nice to go fast for a bit when required but must be done safely, considerately and sensibly.........:x: actually fook it, youve got a point
  15. It will be like xmas all over again........ actually i had a shite xmas so it will be like xmas should have been. Ive used Scott before and he is not only a nice bloke but does a great job and knows his stuff.
  16. Only got the prop from the states, everything else in this country lol
  17. I didnt realise that the tom tom had most of those features, only used it for what i bought it for really, a sat nav. I have only just got it so cant comment on its useablity yet, i know a few taxi drivers that like it, but to be honest they generally only work the town they are in so would not come across some of the negatives written about it. I got it as a toy for the car and will still use the tom tom for work as it is very useable and quick. Also for £99 a cheap sat nav/ gadget to have.
  18. I was in a taxi one day and he had this sat nav, i couldnt take my eyes off it cos as we were driving along it was showing real pictures of the buildings as we were driving past, it plays mp3s and has the ability to play it through the car stereo by tuning it into an fm channel, if that wasnt enough, it plays videos, pics, games nice size screen. A great, but annoying speed alert in the form of a police siren. All this technology for £99 Most of the picture maps are of major towns and cities, but also available are the european picture maps which is handy to be able to recognise a building or area you are looking for. Much better than my tom tom and great for the mp3s through the stereo with having no additional wires to plug in. I will stick a link up if anyone is interested. Cheers Graham
  19. Cheers nick, i worked my nuts off the past few months and with all the depressing news about i thought id bring a glimmer of sunshine back into my life, it helps the z traders anyhow lol
  20. I must be mad, but have just spent a small fortune this week on various goodies for the zed, but its my late xmas present to myself lol. :hyper: one piece lightweight prop from the states Lightweight flywheel o2 sensors ecu temp sensor all the shiny stuff from slickpete eibach springs other shiny stuff i couldnt get from pete lol whiteline front and rear roll bars with drop links new dash plastic face cover and chrome rings braided clutch hose to add to all the other bits i already got for the manual conversion. Hopefully booked in the last week of jan with scott from nexus, just waiting for confirmation He is also going to fit the new manifolds, rocker gaskets as soon as the bits on order arrive. I cant wait for it to be done ready for the amsterdam run, should feel like a different beast. I would have liked to have done most of the work myself, but with the weather the way it is, its too cold to do it on the drive. :nana2::nana2::nana2::nana2::nana2:
