An early Blade makes about 108 bhp at the rear wheel. An EXUP (with the carb rubber restrictors removed) makes about 129. The EXUP will do a standing quarter in 10.8, the Blade would be more like 10.9. The EXUP is heavier - 208kg rather than 185 though. As for car vs bike, I wouldn't do it in top gear - the bike needs to be in second really - it'll have some shove then but a 500+bhp car may still beat it quite impressively.

I saw an R1 race a 550bhp Escort Cossie on a runway and the car p1ssed all ove the bike so my money's on your Z.
