New York is amazing, the exchange rate is excellent and flights not too much. If you're not wanting to spend too much, get a flight to a eastern European country like Slovenia or somewhere that's nice and cheap as well. Talin and Lublujna (sp?) are meant to be nice.

I've always been suspicious because every town or village I've lived in has had at least three UK or world karate champions. A mate of mine claims to be a UK champion too. Some funny style - Honky wonky Karate or something. LOL. I did Judo, Lau Gar and kick boxing for about 6 years in total and I'm still about as tough as a damp tea towel. I guess if you learn the right stuff from the right people and do it for long enough it could be very, very good.

Sponges do get much dirtier using the Flash system. Buy several (Tesco do them for 34p!) and when they're all dirst, put them in the washing machine. I love the Flash system but do miss bits when I'm cleaning my car.
