  1. Sliced bread stays fresh longer if kept in the fridge and Modern electric toothbrushes are excellent That's about it from me - anyone else got some good advice?
  2. If you click on 'user cp' on the menu bar near the top, then on 'paid subscriptions' on the menu that appears it should tell you when it's due.
  3. What are you suggesting about the shaved headed big lads who like to keep pictures of other forum members on their hard drives and manipulate them? If only it had been Trinity and Storm!
  4. Then use heat shrink to insulate it. Best stuff by miles IMHO
  5. Be careful. I went to one of these so-called 'meets' which I thought would be just about cars and two members tried to bum me. It was terrible.
  6. PMSL - fair point though!
  7. People would realise I'm joking (I hope!)
  8. I just twist the wires together and put some tape (whatever's to hand - sometimes Selotape) round it. I've done that for thirty years and never had a single problem.
  9. Over two years and close to 20,000 miles - not a single problem (touch wood!)
  10. Yeah, Vega baby, VEGAS! Have a top time mate.
  11. Burn the soles of her feet with a hot crack pipe. Seriously though, buying a house isn't a bad idea. But don't get pushed into anything you don't want... she'd be being a bit selfish if she did that which wouldn't bode well for the future. You've got a lot of time on your side!
  12. Difficult - if you really want to do it, you will. And to not quit is to court hideous disease and death. I'm still on the Mayfair Smooth though so I can't preach.

I'll be there - looking forward to it.
  14. Spoons The Z32 (that's what we all have) is available as twin turbo or no turbo (NA). The NAs are all imports. Single turbo 300ZX are the previous model, the Z31. You do also get slick top or trage roof variants as well as short wheel base (two seater) and long wheel base (2+2). And obviosuly manual and auto! Get some insurance quotes. An NA or a UK TT may be cheapest but at 19 it probably won't be cheap....
  15. Jasey, wasn't that the car you found out was two crashed ones welded together?
  16. Could be the connosieur's choice but commercially undervalued NA.
  17. I see he's doing the Cream Egg ad now. As the spaceman. Does anyone else keep an eye on his career?
  18. lol, we are a rotten borough! Congratulations none the less Bandit! So what is a robber button?
  19. I'm in. Maybe we could use them in taxis at night or nightclubs and in the gloom people will mistake them for British money.
  20. Fairlady means it's an import which is fine. Is it a 2 seater or a 2+2? Targa roof or regular metal ('slick top')? As for insurance - there's no magic answer, you have to phone 8-10 companies to get the quote down. Try Bell Direct.

Lucky guy - enjoy it. (Aren't you always going there? Plumbers eh? No wonder I payed £300 to get a washing machine plumbed in)
  22. Wooooooooonnnnnngggggggg!
  23. That is wierd! I guess it's no longer a hard currency so regular banks / money changers won't touch it so this is one way for it to change hands at a 'what its worth' value.
  24. I think the side pannel says '350' but the single front disc brake means it's a 250.
