  2. Well I only did it this pm so I'll give them time.......
  3. Oh and it was by faster payment to the 300zx bank account.....
  4. Hi Just resubscribed but sent £170.00 by mistake Please can you send the overpayment back asap as I have some bills to pay If you give me a contact email address or phone number I can give you my bank details to send it back to Thanks Tony
  5. Hi leigh Sent the money direct to your account on Wednesday Tony
  6. You could try DSA in Aylesbury Theyve helped me out a couple of times 01296 420000
  7. Hi Leigh Don't forget I want a special one please... and looking forward to seeing you again Tony
  8. Hi Leigh I still want the special one please Good work..... Tony
  9. I've insured with Endleigh for years and had superb service Mind you I'm an even younger 58 !
  10. Bet it's restricted to 120 mph !
  11. Yes, You need to get a UK speedo or get a converter chip to get it into MPH and to deristrict it at the the same time If you're in Coventry I suggest you speak to Jeff at Zedworld for advice as to the best Hope this helps Tony
  12. Go to http://www.beatthespeedtrap.co.uk Get their 'Locator' It's got daily downloads for £7.25 per month. They scour the local papers where police have to advertise where they are going to use mobile speed traps and download them to the device daily. You can also add ones that you find. It's very accurate and reliable, saved me on a couple occasions to date Tony
  13. Probably won't spin with the lid off anyway There'll be a microswitch interlock somewhere that you'd have to fix in the lid closed position
  14. If you connect your tomtom to the net via tomtom home they are constantly updating their GPS locating software.... Have you tried using that ? Very small download but quite effective and I've never had that problem on either my original 910 or my 940 If your budget stretches to it I'd definitely get Live services.... Tony
  15. Which TomTom have you got and what problems..... And have a look at http://www.handtec.co.uk for the best prices.... I've got a TomTom 940 Live and just got a completely new one under warranty, that's why I'm interested in what problems you've had. On the 940 Live the Live traffic is superb .... It really does give dynamic rerouting round traffic problems. I'm sticking with mine Check out the 740 Live by typing that into the search bar Tony
  16. Get Jeff to do Boost Jets as well it'll be like putting a firework up a cats a@$e.... It transforms the car
  17. It's a blind that rolls up into a cross piece at the fron of the boot that can be removed if required You just pull it out and it connects at the two corners of the open tailgate and the roller in the cross piece keeps it taught
  18. SatNavs are passive .... they only receive the GPS Signals which travel at the speed of light (or very close to it) so the only time you are losing is the time to process the data and display it....
  19. Zedworld.... Just a drive across the m54 If you're subscribed they'll do a free conzult check and give it a thorough going over to give you a report on everything they find You can then arrange with them to have it done over a period depending of course on priority of fix and available funds ! Give them a call..... they're very friuendly and won't bite !
  20. Got mine from the original sale in Japan !
  21. I've got an O2 one £14.99/month for 3 Gbyte downloads and as above 3G and HSPDA is good but GPRS is crap. If you you haven't got wifi on your slaptop then O2 give you free access to wifi hotspots and maintains a directory of them all
  22. Remove the insoles and any supports and put them through the washing machine..... They'll come out a treat
  23. My auto box failed and Zedworld did a manual conversion. Two things I've noticed, just how much you appreciate the raw power with a manual box and perversely just how good the auto box was at providing smooth delivery of all that power.... Both equally as good as the other in my opinion but the manual I think has the edge..... makes it less of a super duper go kart !
  24. Was that £185 for the digital dash ? If so where from ? Could we organise a group buy ?
  25. Has to be taxed or on a SORN with no breaks between tax and SORN I know because I've done it !
