Could it be clutch is worn enough to still engage lightly and prevent complete disengagement ? If you are double declutching you should, in theory, not need the sychros because of your spinning up the box to the rev speed of the selected gear

Wouldn't it be cheaper just to join the RAC or the AA ? Or do you actually want to ride the bikes on holiday ? Seriously, need to be careful of two things, Cracking the varnish on the paint and popping out of place or even shattering some glass.... Good luck in the search

There are lugs on the side of Rad for a self tapping screw to mount the fan shroud onto and that keeps everything ok. Only thing is the original top mounts for the standard Nissan Rad need to be modified to fit the extra thickness of this rad..... easy enough though

I had to get a new one after the new engine was put in..... And it's a high capacity all aluminium one very well made That one on ebay doesn't look like it's got the bleed nut on the drivers side.... I'll just go and get the ebay link for the one I got and you could send the seller a message and see if he's got any more

Put the targas on top for the very reson you don't want to leave them at home. If the weather changes you don't want to have to unload the boot to get targas out so problem solved !

Have you tried running chkdisk ? Run it first without telling it to fix so that you guage what the problem is....
