Get a long old banger and reverse it into the garage. Reverse it through the back wall and tell the council 'oops, sorry, I was just checking I'd got the front in' ! or make sure it's an auto and say you sneezedd and hit the accelerator and oops, it tokk the back wall out..... sorry Problem solved !

Well I think the thread title is wrong ! The 'and' should be 'are' ! But at least they didn't get Massa to stage a crash like Piquet in Singapore !
