  1. She should give the Sherriff the contact details !
  2. She should give the Sherriff all the details about the bank account the rent has been going in to etc. And if she has a proper rental agreement she should give that to her solicitor..... If she has acted above board and has the documentation to ptove it then she'll stand a better chance than not having any to fight her case
  3. Agreed One of the best !
  4. And it's still not over yet ! Sent using Forum Runner
  5. Thanks all Lets hope coomon sense and decency reign at the appeal hearing next week
  6. Hi All This ePetition is to get a review of the Jail term setnce for Sgt Danny Nightingale of the SAS. You may not know but he was given a Glock Pistol and Ammo as thankyou by the the Afghans. He and his mates were then hit by an IED. Two died. He camer back with the bodies and buried them, and he is suffereing from PTSD disorders. His kit was sent back and unbeknown to him the Glock was in it. He did know this. Please sign the petition It’s working. The petition to free Sergeant Nightingale has grown by nearly 40,000 signatures in just over 24 hours, and a number of MPs spoke up about his case in Parliament today. But Sergeant Nightingale remains unfairly imprisoned - so we need to keep up the pressure! Sergeant Nightingale’s lawyers have just called the 38 Degrees office to let us all know that his wife is going to court tomorrow to launch his appeal. We can use our petition to show Mrs Nightingale just how many people are 100% behind her and her husband. Can you forward this email to your friends and family and help get the petition over 50,000 signatures? You can also post this link on Facebook or Twitter: http://you.38degrees.org.uk/p/danny-nightingale Thanks Tony
  7. That's the point I was making to start with..... Ferrari International Assistance strike again and F*** everyone else. Just a shame Renault can't make s decent alternator other wise Alonso would've stayed 4th where got to at the first corner. But well done to Hamilton, whether you like him or not, it was a brilliant drive by him and a worthy winner.
  8. Massa demoted to help Alonso..... Can't Alonso win on his own merits ? Answers on a postcard !
  9. Wow Glad you're ok...... Must have beaten the time you got flooded out !
  10. You're not suuposed to have a hoist that lifts the zed off the engine !
  11. I'm running 18" 8.5s on the front with 235 40r18 tyres and I don't need spacers. Clearance is tight but there is no contact. The one thing to watch carefull if you haven't got adjustable links is the inner edge of the tyre. That is prone to wear.
  12. Abu Hamza had some sons who are now in jail for armed robbery. Why didn't he chop their hands off ?
  13. FOUND IT ! Had to a techy search through a backup file of appdata, but I got it ! Polish It's rated so I'll try some and let you all know the results
  14. No It wasn't autosol. There was a story about someone, I think female, having discovered it wondered why no one else had but she didn't know how to market it I don't remember much else. I looked at their website and you get Polishing mits, cloths etc
  15. HI all A while ago, there was a thread put up a metal polish that was so good they wondered why it wasn't being marketed widely and there was alink to the website You get a polishing mit, tins of the stuff etc etc I've lost all my bookmarks after sending my laptop away........... and I can't recover them from the backup Anybody got the link ? Tony
  16. On an Android phone, If you open the mail, goto folders and view all mail you should see it Sometimes it it makes them 'old' and that's the way to recover them on the phone

  18. I've said for a few years now you'd need £5m to set yourself up for life Sent using Forum Runner
  19. I'm a paid up subscribed member on here. I put that suggestion up purely because the problems existed on here and Gonzo was posting the story across on the other site. It was meant as a suggestion and has generated a useful discussion and a way forward found. Job Done
  20. One way to use the scheme would be for a club to insist that if it's holding the buyers money then goods must be sent with a tracking number to protect the seller. I agree with the above, there could be problems with descriptions, but my suggestion is just s starter for 10 and seems to serving it's purpose.
  21. Hi Vijay Yes understood. That could work both ways. If the goods aren't received after a period of time then an email sent to the seller and then if no action still the the money is returned to the purchaser That way no one loses, except perhaps a couple of quid in paypal charges but that's better than a wad of cash !
  22. Gary I am also a member on here and have suffered in the past Another member from here has come over onto .net and posted up a huge thread about being ripped off. All I'm doing is making a suggestion......
  23. Hi All This proposal results from the issues members on both sites have had and are ongoing in recent times with payments being made and goods not being sent or received. I am not pointing any fingers but I would like to set the scene. Whilst neither club promotes sales by members, they do facilitate such activity by having a ‘For Sale’ thread that members can advertise on. The respective committees cannot escape this, and this is a way in which many members keep their Zeds on the road or add bits and pieces to their taste. Generally it works well. However, if a member accepts money and then does not fulfil his/her/their side of the bargain the problems inevitably occur. The person having sent the money feels aggrieved, Committees get involved, it causes ill feeling all round, involves other members and is totally unproductive. Not what either site intended. So, if each site is facilitating a sale, are they prepared to help smooth such sales ? Why couldn’t each site have a escrow account, into which monies could be paid by purrchasers ? It could either be run as a bank account or in Paypal. In that way, the money would be safe and could be passed to the supplier when the goods are received by the customer. The money would not be released from the account until the customer accepted the goods as described. The supplier would know the money was in the account and they could have it as soon as the customer had the goods. I know and understand that it would cause some admin effort, but effort to ensure the smooth running of respective club surely is worthwhile ? Isn’t the committee elected to run the club for its members ? Answers on a postcard....... Tony
