  1. Check the MAF as well but mine started out with an occasional misfire under load at about 4500 - 5000 rpm going up through the gears I only managed to the power by short shifting ! when it finally gave up the ghost it wouldn't have any Power at all from starting cold and I mean NO power, Hardly moving, until it the engine warmed up and then it suddenly came ok. Turns out that gave Jeff the Clue he was looking for The falty CAS was 15 degress out when cold ! All we concluded was that that had been the problem all along and it had started misbehing at High Revs in normal running Some mornings it would start off ok but as soon as any dampness in the air it came back
  2. Comments Jeff ? Took long enough to find mine with it only happening at high revs didn't it ! And that isn't a complaint !
  3. Welcome along ! Just remember the best traction control is your right foot !
  4. CAS ? My Chronic misfire that started at that rev range was a detoriating CAS Does it do it in every gear ? Mine did

  7. Top of rear seat or bottom ? It's slightly raked. And to the catch itself or just the platstic its mounted in ? Side to Side you've got the Suspension towers in the boot as well so you'll need to take account of that
  8. Just a thought, but what happens to the plastic hinge covers when you do this ?
  9. Sorry to hear about this but the main thing is you're unhurt..... Just get the insurance to let you you buy it back and recover as much as possible to minimise the loss....
  10. I'd put my money on the MAF or CAS anything else would be a constant problem.... this is intermittent
  11. Meister R .... totatlly Adjustable from soft to hard and can be adjusted for ride height
  12. I had a similar problem and it took ages to find..... it was the CAS, Crank Ange Sensor Changed for a replacement and hey presto..... ran as good as new !

  14. Hi! I just signed the petition "PM David Cameron: Keep your promise to our troops & compensate service personnel made compulsorily redundant close to pension point " on Change.org. It's important. Will you sign it too? Here's the link: http://www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/pm-david-cameron-keep-your-promise-to-our-troops-compensate-service-personnel-made-compulsorily-redundant-close-to-pension-point?share_id=bRVmlCUBGB&utm_campaign=signature_receipt&utm_medium=email&utm_source=share_petition Thanks! 16. I'll try the number I've got for him tomorrow
  17. Travelling up the M1 today round the Nottingham area at about 6pm saw a nice white jdm zed on a trailer looks like it had just been painted Nice alloy on osf and a spare wheel on the back
  18. Where did you get it from ? Suggest you take it back as unsuitable for purpose .....
  19. I've done it on many occasions. Usually stay in a b& b I live in Filey and quite often have to work in London. You just have to make the weekends special for your partner/wife I prefer staying in a b & b because you get well looked after if you find a good one and they'll often do a deal on the rate if its going to be long term
  20. Intersting ebay Fraudster
  21. Get a longer extension bar from Halfrauds !
  22. You have replace all the fumes you've been running on with fuel !
  23. Use extension bars, they can just plug together. and then use the socket set. A modern two speed drill on the slower speed with a totall adjustable clutch hasd phenominal torque...
  24. Why not just use and 2 speed electric drill with an adjustable clutch ?
