  1. What looks like a little can turn out to be a lot as others have said.... And that damage was on my Green zed which had been undersealed twice and had an slight oil leak Which protected all exterior surfaces. But that part is prone to rusting from the inside.....   6. Travelling back to London today down the A1 to the M18 Warnings of an accident ..... slow Got level with it and it was a navy blue (I think) zed with a severely stoved in back end. Looks like it could be a bad case of whiplash hence the title Didn't see who had piled into it unless it was spun into the armco at speed

  8. Falkens are good but thet don't make the 452 any more If you want Japanese I'd go Toyo or Yokahama If you want to spend a bit more go with Bridgestone If you want European/American Goodyearyear F1, Pirelli PZero or michelin Pilot You pays yer money and takes yer chioce as they say
  9. Has anyone got a better pic of zed in motion than the one in the second pic ? I was on my way back home after collecting it from the body shop who did the repair after the incident with a motor bike.... It's a good pic though isn't it ?

  13. I hope you replaced the idlers and rollers on the cambelt path if you're treating it like that otherwise you may find that one lets go and then ......Bang goes the engine !

  16. I'll be coming past there on Sunday How big is it .... will it fit in a zed because I'll be on my way back to London so colchester is no big diversion or meet at the services on the M11 southbound ? Tony
  17. I Know The isurers told us they were having a hard job xaluing Jans as a 98 model She was with a branch of Admiral. They said the look at Petrolheads It is not listed in Glass's guide, so they were a bit stuck £6K is what it was insured for and what she bought it for and thats what they paid out My green Zed was insured for £5K but when I showed the engineer who came to assess it all the restoration work that had already been done he had no problem clearing the £2k repair bill for new parts Just hate to think what the insurance will next year though !
