  17. I have had a good look now and the problem is this. Left hand side all lights work fine. Right hand side....with dip lights on I get a faint glow on the dip but also both left and right full beams glow dim. When I go to full beam I get full beam on the left and all the other lights glow dim...What the fook I'm thinking it must be something to do with the earth's. dip light on the right is back feeding into the full beam, but I dont know how... Please help anyone, Chris..
  18. OK hold it there, you dont have to touch the window switches start by lowering the window. If you have a jap car with the seat belts on the door. Remove the top and bottom fixings. Then from the outside you will see a large round cover plate half way up the door post. remove this and you will see a screw that holds the large plastic cover at the rear of the door. it will then come away with a pull. You have to remove the pull handle on the pasenger side and two bolts deep in the finger pull on the driver side other than that you should see all the other fixings When you lift the door cards off you can then unplug the window controls from the inside of the switch. dont forget to bring the window up befor you unplug it. Good luck, Chris,,
  19. Thanks Dan, I hope it is just an Earth fault. As for the offer of the bulbs, thanks again but I have two new ones on order. Chris..
  20. Yes it's them Jap lights again. Ok, lost dip on the driver side. Fair enough. Removed the bulb, had another bulb but with no earth strap, so soldered one on. replaced the bulb, turned on the lights. On came all the lights but not the one I replaced. When I say all the lights, I mean the left hand dip and both full beams at the same time, but only verry dim. Could this be a faulty bulb? When I remove the new bulb I get working lights on the left and nothing on the right. Are both dip and full beam fed by the same feed? and do I have to have the dip bulb conected to get full beam? Any one help ( if you can understand what I mean) Chris..
