I'd pay that for it if the kits been fitted correctly and there's no rust on inspection. Reckon the kits probably about 3k to fit and paint and a normal TT manual can fetch the other 3k.

Have you noticed a rise in engine coolant temperature? Just thinking that with all the air flow route to the radiator being blocked off, the temps might rise. Also, have you done any 1/4 mile runs with that bumper on? I bet it's causing alot more drag now that you've blocked off the air flow routes. Just my 2p's worth
