  1. Leave a Pitt Bull with Aids on the back seat. Do the job
  2. Looks very nice. Seen a few SWB's in that colour out here in Canada. Never saw one in the UK before though. Looks like a US car with the lack of spoiler and front badge, I can see its not though(RHD) sweet ;)
  3. These things are huge, hard to tell from the picture but their about the same size as a dodge Ram. Wont go fitting down no small english country lane
  4. Get that sorted ASAP, wouldn't drive it I were you. You dont want to cook a Z lump!! ;)

Hello Karl Could be your turbo seals on the way out, sometimes the oil can find a leak path past the seals and belch out smoke, however it sometimes stops if the seal re-seats itself. Happened to me, thought the engine was going to have to come out. Luckily mine has never smoked since. If you have just started running higher boost and the seals were on their way out then failure will be accelerated. May even be your rings, best do a compression test to check, thats fairly strait forward. Hope it aint nothing too bad. Andy
  6. What size Wheels did it have?
  7. Looking good, I like the wheels ;) Welcome Andy
  8. First thing to check with the HICAS is the oil level (front Left hand side of engine bay) ;)
  9. Sounds lush
  10. Was thinking along those lines myself leaning towards a nice blue, however there seems to be a few like that now. I still love the factory 3 stage pearl white but once I get my wide arch fitted I'm going to get her sprayed in a Cadilac Escalade factory colour. Still white but with some amazing flip/pearl thing going on. You got to see it in the flesh to apreciate it. Lots of pictures on the net of different colours, best to be sure before you invest all that money. It is a personal choise after all ;) Andy
  11. I know what you mean about the charger, not actually that bad to drive.Bit ugly though!?! The yanks do know how to make some nice trucks though! Did you also notice that most Zeds are N/A SWB's Andy
  12. looks like 12 Inches to me, but then I often over exagerate ;)
  13. If you a little bit handy then it will be a doddle, hardest part is getting the cables and pipes through the bulkhead, if you look in the far left corner next to the brake cylinder but facing the side of the car there is trunking that leads to the interior. If you remove the plasic inner wing on the drivers side wheel arch it will be far easier. you will need to buy a couple of T pieces and extra hosing, just follow the intructions on Piping and wiring. There should be some links withs pics somewhere, just do a search Hope that helps Andy
  14. Just seen the latest pictures in the rides section. Got to be be one of the nicest creations I've ever seen   Great job Luke. Think I'd preffer it with standard headlights though :D

  17. Wow, 100 posts!! got to be an all time record considering I've been a member for 3 years! I like to talk! ;)
  18. They might only be a 2.6 but when coupled to a super drager and pushing big horsey's its a magnificent sound. I actuly preffer the sound of a strait six to a V6, and fundamentally its a better configuration. I'm certainly swaying to fitting one in my Z.
  19. I was looking at the skill shortages in Canada and welders are amongst them! This site may be of interest to you http://www.immigration.ca/jobs-welders.asp
  20. As an engineer yes. There are loads of related jobs in my field. Canada has a shortage of skilled people. You just have to find an employer that can be ass'd to sort out your visa. The economy is booming over here and the population is fairly low!! 30 million and I think its the biggest country in the world now. I have 4 employers that want to take me on but i'm gunning for the sales job at the moment. Andy
  21. Sh*t like that should be kept behind closed doors, not outside a tent!! SICK
  22. When I was back in england I was a Research & Development/Service engineer for Kawasaki. No, not the bikes but Hydraulics. Dam good job and I used to love it! Hopefully have a Job as a sales manager for a big American Hydraulic company out here in Canada. Just waiting for the Visa to be processed.
  23. As I've mentioned in one of the above posts you need to attain a given amount of points based on your skills. Because you have familly out there that will help. They may not directly be able to sponsor you but it will give you more point s towards your immigration. I know of a few families that have immigrated to Canada and have always used a lawyer. simply because there is so much paper work to process with a family. You could attempt it yourself but the information is full of legalities and can be very confusing. I have a friend in the process at the moment who is using a Toronto based lawyer. He is very happy with the service. I'll drop him an e mail and find out his name. Andy
  24. That point system is for the Federal addmision. You may qualify for a provincial nomminie program depending upon your profession. The information will be on that website. Great thing about that system is that in some provinces you need less points to Immigrate.
