it may have won the national but IMO the bodywork on the front is not that good. you only have to look at the bonnet shut lines, its not very symetrical, is it. :eek:

there is a thread with this kit in what i think was silver. it got slated the first time round as well.

the pre tensioners ARE part of the airbag system. ive been doing this job for the past 16 yrs and have the proper scan tool for the job. in 90% of all faults, its the pre tensioners connector.

more often than not its the seat belt pre-tensioners connector. if you look under the seats you will see a twin connector plug, more than likely yellow. if you get a bad connection in either front plugs it shows a resistance fault.

route66 works with the n95`s internal gps reciever, but is not as good as the tomtom overall. if it was me, i would go for the tomtom, but everyone has their own choice.

si, tomtom is by far the better sat nav, and speed camera`s are free :) vini, the n95 runs the tomtom navigator 6 version, not tomtom mobile, plus you will need a bluetooth gps reciever as the inbuilt one will only seem to work with route66 software.

i would seriously contest that. obviously they dont have a clue. its not an every day run of the mill car, so they may not know how to value it correctly anyway. get some prices of others such as in autotrader, ebay, plus any other you can find. i had one company try to do this to me, the top book value on mine was £1400, they gave me £800, i got in touch with the ombudsman and had a cheque for the remainder sent out within a week. DONT LET THEM FOB YOU OFF.

i use mine as a daily driver. if you are worried about breaking down, then my advice is catch the bus. any car can break down regardless of its age.
