  1. andy. not a lot of difference now between ebuyer & pcworld. also, if it goes wrong, at least with pcworld you have somewhere to take it back to, ebuyer is internet sales only. thats the way i would look at it anyway.
  2. no probs. and whatever you do, DONT let them try and con you into buying an EI SYSTEMS laptop. they are an absolute pile of shyte. they have had more of those back in the service department than they have sold.
  3. i would recommend either one of these. i bought the wife an advent one, but the bloody letters on the keys have wore off some of them, so wont recommend those. lol http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/store/pcw_page.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@0405968303.1191276258@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccgeaddmdlkgifgcflgceggdhhmdgmj.0&page=Product&fm=null&sm=null&tm=null&sku=193065&category_oid=-27751 http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/store/pcw_page.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@0405968303.1191276258@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccgeaddmdlkgifgcflgceggdhhmdgmj.0&page=Product&fm=null&sm=null&tm=null&sku=575075&category_oid=-27751

  13. i have to disagree slightly. as for going round and slotting him one right on the kisser, someone should. dont forget, apparently HE HAS LEFT HIS OWN FAMILY for the same reasons, a bit of skirt. alan, do yourself a favour. let her make her own mistakes and dont get involved anymore as it will never work out if shes done this to you. you have a stunning car there which i think deserves your time now. get to some meets and enjoy yourself.
  14. NOOOOOOOO DONT DO IT. washing machine motors use a large capacitor to start them. if you try connecting motor direct to the mains then you may be walking round for the next few days seeing a flash, a big blue one at that. 99% of the time its just the brushes in the motor that wear out, but easily replaced.
